1. Critical thinking: It is a ability of individuals to critically think over particular situation or
effectively observe, analysis, interpretate and evaluate in the topic for better decision making.
Critical thinking is useful in profession as it helps me to effectively analysis specific situation
and identified several alternative options that can be used to solve the same for good outcome. It
will help me understanding pros and cons of situation thus help in deciding right course of action
to achieve desired goals (Erikson and Erikson, 2019). In order to build critical thinking skills,
there are several steps can be taken such as asking question, remembering or revising the
previous incident to critical think and understand the situation or circumstances.
2. Resilience: It is special capability of individual to quickly recover from difficult situation or
adjust the misfortune. It is another most important professional skills that could be highly fruitful
in my future career as for example I would be able to remove difficulty or find alternative best
options that can be suitable for all. Method that can be used to developed resilience skills are
regular exercise, proper sleeps and practical though that could be helps in adjusting the
misfortune. Learning from failure and mistake is another best way to cultivate resilience skills
for bright professional career.
3. Emotional Intelligence: It is ability of person to understand, manage and control over its
emotions such as stress, anxiety or situation of high pressure. Most of the employers want to
have employees that can easily control over its emotions thus deliver best services to customers.
So, emotional intelligence skills will help me to have better control over my emotions so that I
can practically think over situation and take several steps that could be beneficial for everyone
(Pekaar and et.al., 2017). There are numerous way through which emotional intelligence can be
build like Self management, self awareness, relationship management etc.
4. Team work: It is ability of person to work co-ordinately with different individuals so that
common objectives can be achieved in limited time frame. Every company have large number
individuals with different belief, value and perception so managers coordinate them to work as a
team so that company can gain competitive advantages. For example: In my profession I will
require team work skills to work with several individuals for specific goals. Way to develop
teamwork skills are communicating and listening to other view and opinion more and more or
share enthusiasm etc.

5. Career conversation: It is conversation between employees and other individuals especially
manager of company regarding the career and future development in the organisation. Each
individual wants to get more success and growth in its professional career so career conversation
helps in knowing employees about their future growth in organisation (Hartung and Vess, 2016).
For examples: Through career conversation I will able to communicate with manager to provide
me opportunities and chance so that I can also grow and succeed or make best utilisation of my
capabilities. Development goals, ability to communicate manager about career development are
some of the method to develop career conversation.
CONCLUSION
This study summarizes that, Critical thinking helps the individual person to think critically and
find the best possible solution to the problem. Resilience helps the individual to quickly recover
from difficult situation. Emotional Intelligence skills is core skill which helps in controlling and
managing stress. Team work is the ability of person to work co-ordinate with the team members.
Career conversation helps in future development and career growth.
