The organization is basically referred to the employee, skills, partners and few more which is
involved in the organization level. Infrastructure consists of software, hardware, database
system, which allows the organization to do business more specifically. Strategy mainly refers to
the vision, mission, assessment, planning and many more. These four parts are the main strength
of the company to do business properly. CRM system is the software, which helps to ease the
whole system of customer dealing and business. Using this technology in the business entire IT
system will change into developing stages where all the entity or components of the business will
become more strong and interconnected. CRM will help to bring the whole customer relationship
system into a more systematic manner where both the organization and customer get the one
place facility. It will allow the organization to act or work as a team where CRM guides the
whole business on a single screen.
2. Monitoring CRM:
In order to monitor the new CRM system, one city company must need to consider few
aspects, and that is:

the company to link multiple contacts to one account. For this, there is an option named Save and
new and to link the contacts just click this option. After that, there will be an option named
Potentials, which allows the company to track all the information regarding the partners,
customers in a systematic manner.
This Zoho CRM will help the company by generating all the leads and track the sales because
this CRM software has numbers of options to ensure the user-friendly nature of the software.
For the employees who are new to this system will be provided 2month training regarding this
Zoho CRM software. Besides this company will hire some expertise employees, who have good
knowledge about this CRM system. They will help the employees in every step during operation.
In order to implement the CRM, system company need to follow the organizational policies. The
first policy is to implement and use this system in a fair way, not involving in tracking any others
software related with this and obviously, the company needs to facilitate proper training and
implement the system with the help of experts. This CRM system needs the up gradation and
