Introduction
The charter document is developed for the alignment of the initial information that is
favourable for the implication of the activities for the project. The charter is an initiation
document favouring the implication of the effective project reports and management of the
successive implication of the operations. The project of CRM system development for TOSIG is
a system development project that would be based on the use of the IT information system
project management principles. The completion of the project would also be based on the use of
various technologies and principles of project management for the planning and documentation
in the project.

been using the traditional practices and provide cumulative insurance worth of 6.7 billion dollars.
They have to manage the 150 insurance agents and develop strategies for increasing the overall
sales of the operations. Each agent would have to maintain the books of account and form the
deployment of the activities favouring the implication of the operations.
4. Project Background
The project has been developed for the implementation of the CRM facility in TOSIG
and it would allow the implication of the operations favouring the improved customer data
management. The deployment of the information development project would include proper
documentation of the requirements, activities required, test results, and final reports, feasible
project plan development from the activities listed and aligning them in the specific timeline,
sustainable design development for the development of UI and system for TOSIG, and complete
system development and deployment.
5. Milestone schedule with acceptance criteria
The complete project of CRM system development for TOSIG is based on the system
