the compiling stage of the entire code.
The business benefit of implementing the CRM software is:
 Efficient tracking and Scheduling
 Faster exchange of communicable messages
 Improved Strategy of marketing
The deliverables of the project are:
 Delivering a proper developed code
 Ensuring zero errors within the producible code
 Ensuring a proper tested software package
The CRM software would have all the major functionalities that had been
produced in the deliverable stage.
The realization of business benefits based on the implementation of the CRM
software is out of the discussion of project scope.

The project would be completed within the estimated time frame as promised
during the signing of policy.
The coding platforms and necessary infrastructure needed during the
development of the project have been properly utilised.
