The first foremost challenge which has been discussed by management of
Backpack beds is difference in culture values and etiquettes.
This issues arises at Sulawesi due to following reasons:
Sulawesi is a part of Indonesia and Backpack Beds is an Australian
company. Thus, it define a difference in cultural value of a company.
Employees of Backpack beds belongs to Australian culture and follow such
etiquettes. This also create a difference between people of two countries.
Backpack Beds has to work with different other business ventures. Thus,
this will be going to hamper their communication channel and take long
