Literature review
challenges have you faced as a student both dealing with schoolwork and home tasks ?
According to the viewpoint of the author greag kearsely 2021, there are many challenges
faced by the students everywhere as the students try to navigate this new world. The students
have flexibility as they can study and learn freshly, the students can perform well in their virtual
medium of the study (Apostol, 2020.) As the students are facing the absence of the human
interaction as well as the social community, the face to face school and environment gives the
students an opportunity to involve with their batch mates. This also help the students to sustain
their friendship outside of their schools and to help to contribute the welfare and wellbeing of the
others. As well as this impact on adapting to a changed home environment as parents and the
children work together and can study and play together at home. Apart from this getting used the
rule and regulations of learning in a virtual mode. This establish the routine and help to find the
peaceful area of space during study. This also increase the temptation of virtual distraction that is
the novelty of being to connected online and can distract the children by promoting them to use
the other website in order to attend the online classes (Arora, . and Srinivasan 2020). Although, this
also impacts the child health because the students are spending the maximum times on their
screen for studying this can give the impact on the student’s eyes also it gives sometimes the
headache and bad posture.
How do you find studying online? What do you like about studying F2F?
According to the viewpoint of the author Lilah Burke 2021, online learning providing
many benefits for the students that wants flexibility while attending their classes in an online
mode. There are some advantages that includes the, this provides the ability to take course

process (Bansal, 2020). As well as this provides the opportunity to learn on any connected
devices, without having to change or relocate the classes individually. Although, this also gives
an opportunity to get to know the students from different background and religion in an online
course and setting. The most important benefits of online studying is the digital literacy, because
this includes the understanding the online communication behavior and helps to understand the
right and responsibilities in an online learning environment. This will also get to know that how
to overcome with the challenges by paying attention to the instructors and ask the label and
submit the files on time and helps to keep in mind the best practices for the learning
environment. This also helps to avoid typing in all caps in the laptop and avoid to be sarcastic,
and contribute thoughtfully and meaningfully helps in only add the comments or ask the
questions that are not relevant from the relevant topic and be respectful to the teachers.
Although, students sometimes face the technical issues because for studying online the students
must have the strong internet connection, to quickly can connect with the classes (Bryson and
Andres, 2020). This can easy when the students have the free Wi-Fi connection. If the students
work immediately on something important this is the reason students have sometimes the fast
connection of the internet.
Do you think small groups and one-to-one learning online is more beneficial to students?
According to the viewpoint of the author prashanthi karyala 2021, As learning in the small
groups online classes is the old tradition this provides the students a flexible learning, as the
flexible learning is can come from the flexibility. This can allocate to where this is needed. These
one or two children are do struggling with the components, this is actually done with the entire
group that help to working a bit harder on the important topic that is said by the teachers in the
school. This can easier to monitor the rest available students while giving the one students
individual attention( Efendie, Abdullah, and Yusuf 2020). This also helps in inspiring the
confidence of the students sometime the pupils don’t do participate in the large group discussion.
This will be the issue of the self-belief and sometimes it is assumed laziness of the students.
Although, the smaller groups have not the formal atmosphere and tutor allow sometimes to bring
all students in the group for conversation with them on some important aspects or problems. This
giving them encouragement and they want to do participate in the groups. However, teaching the
students in the proper way is also an important factor in enhancing the social skills with the
people from different background. As well as this also provides more opportunities for feedback,

feedback for the students are limited to marked for the parents annually. In the smaller groups
feedback can work beyond an A to grade F or can score 10 out of 10. Although, in the informal
and relaxed environment of studying. Students are often receiving the feedback on the other
ideas as the students are contributing more to discuss the ideas which is hard to relocate on the
large scale. This also gives the small groups can build the team working skill. The more stressful
environment of a small learning is also best for the building team work and enhancing the skills
of the students (Kalman, Macias and Weston2020) .This helps to overcome the situations and
challenges that is difficult for them and provides them better opportunity for their development
and growth in the learning organization.
How self-motivated are you for doing your course works in lock down?
According to the viewpoint of the author Lokanath Mishra 2021,As the online learning
has become the new challenges for the students and the lecture takings during the online classes.

changing reality of the pandemic that makes focused on the research and the classes extremely
for many of the students.
Set smalls daily goals- this is important to analyses these are not normal times and the
productivity this is likely not at their peak right now( Pacheco,Noll and Mendonça 2020). This is
okay for the setting the daily goals and this can help to make the day as productive learning as
possible. But the goals must be realistic. Setting the smaller goals that can tackled easily and this
can help the students to stay on the track.
Prioritize the mental health- staying motivated can be near impossible when the mind is
filled with pressures and anxieties. There are no work techniques is keeping the students
motivated when the stress is unmanageable and there is lots to be stressed about right now.
Taking care of yourself can help to better manage the mental health of the students during this
covid situation. Take time to eat and eat the balanced meals and try to not work through the
lunch away from the laptop and take a lunch.
In an ideal world, how would you prefer to study? Please explain.
According to the viewpoint of author Anita kumari 2021, there is basiic things to
understand the difficult things. In every country has their own unique strength and challenges
with the education sector and these things are related to the culture and population because of the

economic completeness. But this is assumed that most of the common problems are solved (Pan,
2020). There should be policy for free and compulsory education for some of the certain numbers
of the years that is minimum of 14 years. Although, there is basic infrastructure is also important
such as clean and furnished schools. In many countries school have lack of learning water this
will be not happened. As well as school also have proper libraries. Schools also have computer
labs and a good internet connection to address these problems.as well as in schools must have the
qualified teachers and the strong leaders are needed to make sure that teachers and attendance
and proper standards will be maintained in the school
