Cross cultural leadership is considered as system which is used by a company in order
manage employees belongs from different backgrounds. In respect of global business, cross
culture help an organisation to navigate work according to process, values, beliefs and
expectations of customers (Bird and Mendenhall, 2016). It sis essential for companies operating
at international market to adopt cross culture because it help in conducting business successfully.
The respective report is based on the aspect mentioned in case study related to recruitment of
employees who are active at administration of cross culture practices. Organisation decidided to
conduct working through several international sites because that will help them in conducting
action properly with full collaboration as well as it will also aid them in reaching high level of
engagement (Thomas and Peterson, 2016). But due to some of the internal management issues,
this plan has been postponed and now they need to hire and recruit skilled employees in order to
manage regional procurement as well as supplies sourcing operations.

want to expand their business at the international market i.e. Tanzania for which they required
skilled and experienced employees (Tenhiälä and et. al., 2016). This is so because through it
respective firm able to accomplish their project of expansion in effective and successful manner.
According to research conducted on current situation of company it is determined that there are
some issues which impact on the organisational system, profitability ratio and business activities.
It is essential for respective organisation to design effective framework which must be based on
the several aspects such as company's position, rules and regulations and obligations (Dietz and
et. al., 2017). This is so because through it firm able to conduct their day to day activities in
effective manner as well as it will also help them in accomplishing their project successful and in
allotted time. At the Hydro Generation there is an architecture who provide a mechanism through
which Power Generator can distribute obligations effectively as well as it also help them in
improving their efficiency. In addition to this there are some management functional structure
which help them in guiding employees. Through that guidance staffs able to conduct their work

advantages (Romani and et. al., 2018). Next aspect is individualism Vs Collectivism, through
this I understand that in a country their must be feeling of collectivism so that all people conduct
work with collaboration. This will also encourage them in developing positive and effective
nation with minimum conflict.
In respect of next index I understand that ever nation must develop an uncertainty index
according to which they need to always be prepared for the uncertain situation or condition. This
is so because through it they can avoid any big hazardous condition. After that fourth factor is
masculinity Vs Femininity, according to me in a nation both female as well as male need to have
equal power so that they can showcase their talent in effective and impressive manner (Romani,
Mahadevan and Primecz, 2018). Next index is long term orientation Vs short term orientation, in
respect of my viewpoint every nation peoples must develop both long and short term decision
because through it they can take effectively face situation for attaining desire goal. Last aspect is
indulgence Vs restraint, according to me society must include both aspect in them because
through that they able to enjoy their life. Along with this, they also able to resistance to factors or
technology which is needed or required. By implementing this I able to understand that when a
company expand their business at international market they need to understand its culture in
effective manner because that will help them in developing strategies properly for attaining
desire goal.
