The Culture is an integral part of the human society which consists of the language and
other Lifestyle habits of the society. People within the same culture their areas related to customs
and social behavior. The domain of the culture emphasizes on the social profile that is aimed to
improve the level of intellectual attitude among the people of the community.
The aim of this assignment is to provide a reflective journal on the experience and knowledge
that I have gained from my Education degree course. The various relevant factors related to
Culture and communication is highlighted within this assignment. The reflection will be made
from various peer-reviewed articles, which was a part of my assignment.
In the current era of globalization, it is essential to maintain cultural diversity in order to
work across various communities. The reflective journal will highlight upon the various aspects
of cross cultural communication, which is essential in order to deal with global business across

I belong from the Sydney region of Australia and have been able to learn most of the
languages related to the aboriginal communities in the nation. During the time of my visit in the
Asian region, I have been able to learn the language of Hindi and Chinese, which has helped me,
