2. The managers of firm should conducts meeting which can expose your employees and
this kind of non threatening environment can cause good working relationship. There are
various cultural norms as are language, rules and behavior which is helpful in order to
deal with situations. Thus, change can leads to have more conductive working
relationship.
3. There is need to provide workshops, techniques for communication and this all can deal
in cross culture work environment. With help of practice of such strategies as active
listening and to have use of multiple source of communication as audio, written and
visual and this all ensures that conflicts is not arising due to cultural misunderstanding.
