particular industry is rising significantly nowadays individual are more opting
airline for traveling to one country to another which saves their precious time.
RECOMMENDATIONS
On the basis of above study, it can be recommended that the
company should more focus on implement some performance and
quality measurement tools which will allow it to know the
effectiveness and actual position of the company
Marketing and Community relation
Marketing and community relations: Marketing department have an interrelation
with community relation as well. The main responsibility of customer or
community relation department is to maintain effective relation and loyalty with
customers by solving their queries and providing satisfactorily services. On the
other hand, marketing department identify needs of customers as what they want
company to do. All these information’s are being given to customer relation
department on which basis, they approach to customers and try to satisfy their
needs. So, it can be said that it has effectiveness as both departments

Marketing and finance: The main function of marketing
department is research and advertise in effective manner by
which public can take effective decision and can also use
airlines in an efficient manner. For all these activities they
have to contact with finance department as through finance,
they can use money to the certain extent which can help
them out to perform activities inefficient manner. After that
marketing requires informing back to finance as how much
amount will they require and how they will set prices for
tickets as per the market demands and situation. So, it can
be said that there is an effectiveness of co-ordination and
interrelation of marketing with finance as it saves cost of

So, it can be said that effectiveness of
finance, marketing and customer relation
is excellent of British Airways. The main
aim of this collaboration is showing
concern for the poor and the needy. If
staff members decide and have
willingness to help with any charity then,
finance department plays an important
role by funding money which covers the
cost of accommodation, flight and food.
There are several other factors which are
being affected by this relationship such as
organizational culture and way of leading.
When all departments work
collaboratively and co-operate each
others then company feel less
requirement of providing training to
people as all departments solve their
