INTRODUCTION
Cross rail is basically a underground railways line project which aims to provide best
transportation services to the passengers of UK it is the biggest railways technology which will
helps to economy to move from one place to another in the short period of time. It includes the
new railways track from Heathrow and maidenhead in west to abbey wood and shenfield in east.
Cross rail project will helps in increasing the growth of the economy by proving advance
transportation technology to the economy. It will also helps in providing various job
opportunities to the business. As per the research the capital population is about to reach 10
million by 2030 due to which advance transport system is very important to fulfil the needs and
requirement of the economy. This project will help in providing environmental, economic and

transportation. Cross rail will promote sustainable development in the UK which will help in
increasing the GDP of the country. In today's transportation is very important for the people to
satisfy their basic needs it helps in developing the lifestyle of the individuals by moving them

The objective of this project is to increase the capacity of the rail by reducing crowding in
the area and help the people to move from one place to another. With the helps of this program
the capacity of central London will increase by 10%. which will help in the development of the

cost: Cost is very important for completing the assigned project on time cost can occur in any
shape software, hardware, human capital or instrument. The cost which will be involved in this
project will be £14.8bn. Without the use of capital company cannot complete its project

advance equipment which will be used in the project. Cross is considered as the biggest
infrastructure project since the decades. Due to which it requires huge amount of cost in the
accomplishment of the project. The cost which was assumed before was £17.6bn (Bjorvatn,
2018).
Assumptions
According to the research cross rail is considered as the new and advance technology
which will developed the transportation industry till 2030 by providing the best services to the
economy related to the transportation. It will also helps in increasing the overall GDP of the
country. Once the project will be accomplished it will provide various job opportunities to the
