INTRODUCTION
The proper management of portfolio or a project is major factor that is been taken in
consideration by an organization. The assessment of project objectives that are been placed
within organization will help to carry out proper assessment of functions or activities placed
within organization. The project will cover all operations and action plans related to a
crowdfunding project that will impact the operations of organization in much suitable way. This
assignment will lay a significant impact on overall operations of organization to a greater extent.
Besides this, various theories are being evaluated that will impact business operations in much
suitable way.
MAIN BODY
1) Brief background and context of the project being discussed and analysed
The project that is been discussed here is about a team named Gods Favour that will look
after the proper management of the crowdfunding operations and action plans that are been taken
in context for children in need and the project was arranged in the form of a dinner party
presentation. The team of 6 individuals used to meet up every Tuesday morning to talk and plan
the project procedures. The major objective of the organisation was to raise the funds from the
crowd visiting the event that will impact the overall operations and activities in much effective
way. This will impact the overall operations and action plans that will help them to get the proper
management of the business operations and action plans that will impact the proper assessment
of business activities and operations and thus, will lead the firm to carry out the business
activities in much suitable way (Agrawal, Catalini and Goldfarb, 2014). Other than this, it will
help proper assessment of the business activities in much suitable way. This will help in planning
the operations and hence will lead the organisation to make suitable arrangements related to fund
raising.
The pricing and other operations related to operations are been taken in consideration that
will help the organisation to improve the quality of business activities which will impact the
crowdfunding operations. The details of décor and the accessories are being decided week by
week in every meeting this will help in proper assessment of the organising of a dinner party for
needy kids (Zheng and et.al., 2016). I, as the group leader, decided and allotted various resources
and operations that will help in proper assessment of business activities and thus will improve
the quality of actions within the operations. Posters and leaflets are being printed that will help

the organisation to take the proper assessment of the business activities and operations which
will improve the quality of services which will be undertaken for the proper assessment of
business activities and operations are been taken that will lay an impact on business operations
and activities and thus will lead the organisation to carry out the business operations to a greater
level (Brown, Boon and Pitt, 2017). All this measures and effective planning that is been carried
out within the organisation will carry out the crowdfunding operations and activities which will
impact a proper assessment of the crowdfunding project that has been undertaken. Besides this, it
will help in properly executing the action plans and operations in much suitable way.
2) Demonstrate trans-disciplinary models / theories
In order to carry out the trans disciplinary models and theories will be implemented and
incorporated within the planning of the crowdfunding operations and thus will lead the
organization to maintain the ethics and effectiveness of the business operations in much suitable
way. The proper assessment of trans-disciplinary models and action plans that are been taken
will help the firm to improve the quality of operations which are been further accessed within the
quality of action plan of crowdfunding (Cordova, Dolci and Gianfrate, 2015). The major
advantage behind the implementation of such effective and suitable trans-disciplinary models or
theories within the fund raising and crowdfunding operations will influence the operations in
much suitable way. The major constituent component or driving factor of Trans-disciplinary
model/ theories within this project is that it will help all the 6 team members to utilize their
expertise and effectiveness to a greater level that will improve the quality of fund raiser and thus
will improve the quality of products and services and thus will improve the quality of fund
raising operations in much suitable way (Hui, Greenberg and Gerber, 2014).
This will also help the organization to carry out the business operations and action plans
in much suitable way. It helps in the proper management of the business activities which will
help in proper assessment of the business activities related to the fundraising for needy people
(Chung and Lee, 2015). The trans-disciplinary model of team involves the execution of work
activities using the work expertise, knowledge of the respective field and combined efforts that
are been put in within a project which will help in proper assessment which will improve the
quality of business operations and thus will lead the firm to flow out the suitable measures and
plans which will contribute to the growth of the fund raising measures in much effective way.
The trans-disciplinary team theory states that the gods favor will look after the proper

distribution and carrying out of the business operations and thus will see through a proper
planning and managing of operations related to it. Besides this, it will help me and my team
mates to take suitable steps to sustain the proper and effective operations in much suitable and
effective way. This will also improve the operations in much suitable and effective way. The
team members working for the crowd funding for needy children's will plan out a proper and
effective planning of the business activities which will improve the quality of fund raising
operations and thus, lead the team t give out their best output.
3) To assess different types of phases of including project preparation and implementation and
evaluate their effectiveness
The effective project planning is being carried out in much suitable and effective way
which will help in proper assessment of the business activities and thus will lead the organization
to a greater level (Gierczak and et.al., 2016). The crowdfunding operations that are been taken by
the team of Gods favor will include many stages and operations that will help in suitable
planning of the fund raising project for needy people. It involves the following stages and action
plans:

This is the stage where all the decisions will be made. The team
members will be gathered and effective assessment of their
individual skills and knowledge to get the appropriate contribution
within the fund raising project.
Coming up with ideas and
name of group
At this stage, all the 6 members of the team nomenclature the team
as “Gods favour”. At this stage, it will help in proper assessment of
the fundraising ideas and proper assessment of all the measures
that are been taken within the organisation for the proper
assessment of the ideas and methods that can be implemented
within the organisation for an effective fund raising. At this level
we come up with ideas related to organising a dinner for the needy
children's.
Division of task As the ideas and measures are been decided, the proper assessment
of the qualities and proper assessment of the business activities are

been taken that will help in proper allotment and following of the
tasks and job roles that are been carried out within the organisation
which will impact the operations related to crowdfunding for
needy children.
Exploring, planning and
researching
This stage covers the proper assessment of the business activities
and thus will lead the organisation in much suitable way. The
exploration measures will involve the proper assessment of the
feasibility and effectiveness of the organisation (Snyder, 2016).
Besides this, it will help in effective planning of crowdfunding
strategies and develop a plan. Besides this, effective researching is
been carried out by the organisation that will help the firm to carry
out the fund raising operations and activities and operations to a
greater extent.
Group meetings Regular group meetings will be held on regular intervals by the
selected group. Here the meeting or get together on every Tuesday
will help the organisation to improve the quality of business
activities and action plans that will help in assessment of the
proper plans and activities to carry out the crowdfunding measures
(Mendes-Da-Silva and et.al., 2016).
Exploration and research This will help the firm to improve the quality of operations and
activities that will help in proper assessment of business activities
and thus will improve the quality of services and action plan that is
been carried within the team.
Reflection Effective reflection will be provided within the organisation that
will improve the quality of products and services by the
organisation in much suitable way. This will help the team to
identify the proper assessment of the activities performed by each
team member.

4) Skills developed to solve the work based problem
As the group or team leader, various skills have been adopted and be moved out that help
me to increase the effectiveness of the organization that are been carried out for fund raising. As
per the trans-disciplinary theory, effective assessment of various knowledge and business
operations are being taken in consideration that will help in proper assessment of the issues faced
during the carrying out the work based operations in much suitable way. Some effective skills
that are been taken in consideration by me to manage the effective work based problem are as
follows:
 Leadership skills: As the group leader the proper placing of the leadership approach will
assist me to get a proper and suitable idea about the business operations and action plans
that will be taken by me to improve the quality of services and action plans in much
suitable way. Development of an effective leadership will help me to carry out
crowdfunding operations and fundraising (Perlstein, 2013). I will also guide the
management of my fellow team mates to perform their tasks and operations effectively.
 Communication skills: During organizing of such events, the proper communication
process is required to be carried out in order to improve the quality of crowdfunding and
make more and more people aware about the measures which are been taken within the
organization. Such measures help in effective assessment of the business activities and

operations which are been taken in consideration by the team Gods Favor. This will
support the team to get more and more funds.
 Resource and time management: In order to carry out the crowd funding and fund
raising operations that are been carried out by the team, I acquired the skills of effective
resources and time frames that will help in proper assessment of the business activities in
much suitable way to carry out the resource and time management approaches. This has
helped me to gain a good control over the resources owned by me and get the proper
assessment of crowdfunding activities by team Gods Favor.
5) Evaluation of actions I did and did not taken with justification
Some actions and measures which, as a group leader will be taken as well as avoided by
me to maintin the quality of crowdfunding and fund raising measures with suitable justification
are as follows:
Activities and measures i did:
 Formed a team: As a team leader, i grouped some individuals and gained the effective
assessment of busienss operations which will help me to increase the business activities
and thus will help in assessment of crowdfunding operations in much suitable way.
 Planned the fund raising: As a leader, I planned out the fund raiser and dinner party for
the needy children's that will help in improving the quality of produicts and services.
Besides this, I also planned how the event will be conducted.
Activities and measures i did not take
 Resource allocation: As i had no effective knowledge or idea about the distribution of
resources and proper planning of the resource allocation activities and operations, I did
not followed this activity and asked my fellow team mate, who were profficient in this
task to look after this activity for the fund raiser event (Mollick, 2014).
 Communication: As I was not effectively available to promote about the event due to
my other roles and responsibilities, i didnt carried out the communication or promotional
activities that are been followed by the team for the proper assessment of crowdfunding
operations for needy childrens.
