Crown Institute: Risk Assessment Program Framework and Evaluation

This project encompasses a comprehensive risk assessment program framework and evaluation report for Nature Care Products, addressing various aspects of risk management. Part A includes a detailed staff training report outlining training methods, outcomes, and a cost sheet, alongside an environmental sustainability report assessing initiatives, energy usage, and waste management. A resource usage report and a customer satisfaction questionnaire are also included, providing valuable insights. The project also features a series of emails to the CEO, summarizing findings and recommendations. Furthermore, Part B presents a risk management evaluation report, analyzing the effectiveness of existing policies and procedures, and recommending improvements such as incorporating PESTLE analysis and risk engineering models. The project adheres to ISO 31000 guidelines, ensuring a structured approach to risk identification, assessment, and control, with a focus on staff morale, customer satisfaction, and resource utilization. The project includes all necessary documents and reports to evaluate and improve the risk management processes.
