Respected Sir,
As analysed based on the feedback of our maintenance technician Gary King, it was
examined that the working conditions for the concerned loyal employee are not on an
adequate paradigm. The employee has highlighted the issue regarding the lousy working
conditions in the organisation. The problems were known to be reflected as the height of the
bench is too high for the employee as the same is known to suffer from chronic back pain
disease. Moreover, the persons who are to lift the rules in the workshop are not always
available on time and on the requirement. The repair tools needed to repair the machines are
not placed in a proper and ease place from where the same can be obtained. Including this,
the seats in the repair van are also found uncomfortable to be worked with. In this connection,
there are several changes that should be implemented in the organisation in the concern of the
30 years old employee concerned here as well as the common benefit of the other employees
as well. According to the Work Healthy and Safety Act, it is clear that the organisations are
liable to protect the health as well as the safety along with the welfare of all the concerned
workers during the working hours. Thus, the management should focus on ensuring that the
workers do not have to work long hours in a standing position as well as the comfort to them
when they are working is also guaranteed. This will not only motivate the employees to work
in a better way but also help the employees stay in the organisation for a more extended

period of time. Along with this, the productivity of the organisation as a whole would also
increase. It is highly evident that changes are the requirement of any business organisation in
consideration of making the business a successful one and increasing the amount of revenue
earned by the same. Thus, the prior concern of the organisation at this point of time should be
the focus on change management. This will also help the organisation keep up its
stakeholder's values, concerns and responsibilities.
Thanking You.
