pollution get increased. Cruising increases pressure on natural resources due to which supply of
food, energy gets affected. It physically damage marine ecosystem. Due to which loss of
biodiversity type of situation gets arise (Liu, Pennington-Gray and Krieger, 2016).
Coastal areas are much more affected by the cruise industry. Deal, Kent is the most
famous geographical area which gets affected due to cruise industry activities. It is seaside
location, due to cruise industry environment of the location gets negatively affected and it
destroys its eco-system.
Deal, Kent is located sear to ocean so due to activities of cruise water gets polluted and it
also increases air pollution in the atmospheres. That is the main reason due to which environment
of the place is getting badly affected. Cruise ships increase wastes, cruise industry have different
environment regulations. As size of cruise increase then it increases pollution in the
environment. It enhances burden of surrounding and people who live near to this location fail to
survive in such environment. White, North Yorkshire is the beautiful bits, there are many
cobbled streets and beaches. When cruise pass from near to this destination then ways and water
flow affect the lands and sometimes it spoils soil as well. By this way particular location have to
face environmental issues.
Apart from this cruising impact on the environmental through degradation or irrigation of
lands. Spillage and illegal dumping of wastage increase toxic substances and organic material in
sea due to which sensitive areas gets affected badly. In addition, cruising also affect local culture
to great extent. As demand of cursing is increasing so craft-man have to make changes in their
product's designing. It creates situation of culture erosion. That also increase chances of
economic inequality which due to which culture clashes situation gets arise (Bonilla-Priego and
et.al, 2014). This is the situation due to which local people are losing their cultural authenticity.
Commercialization has spoiled tradition of the geographical areas.
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion it can be concluded that cruise industry is growing well. It
contributes well in the development of economy condition of the nation. But due to increasing
cruising activities geographical locations are getting affected. Cruise ships lines are required to
take action to minimize negative impact of cruising on these near places.
