Introduction
Human resource management is the one who is responsible to manage all
requirements of employees working withing company (Purba and Sudibjo, 2020).
Starting from recruiting of candidates to selecting them and providing they training all
these responsibilities are handled by human resource department. Apart form this
there are certain responsibility which human resource department has to perform like
formulation of HR policies, handling work related to salary and incentives of
employees, providing solutions of employees problems and many more. In short, the
main aim of human resource department is make employees feel satisfied in order to
improve retention rate and performance of organization. As low retention rate affects
performance of company negatively. The company chosen for this particular report is
Crystal Travel, they are local Travel agent of London. They are having small
workforce which is working with traditional personnel department. This report
includes tools and techniques through which performance of company could be
improved. Also, it includes role of employee well-being which helps in enhancing
their motivation and performance. Lastly, ended with PESTAL analysis of the
company.

The performance of employees affects overall performance of company. With
the help of performance management, performance of employees can be monitored
and tracked (Khan and Millner, 2020). It will helps the mangers in decision do
employees need addition training in order attain the goals of organizations. With this,
mangers can also decide the amount of appraisal that they have to provide to
employees. In order to improve the performance various tools are techniques were
used by Crystal Travel which are stated below -

reward and recognition to it's employees for their better performance or
successful competition of work they feel highly motivated (Buck and Morrow,
