achieve maximum efficient employees contribution and performance which helps in
succeeding the business goals. Human resource department has various imperative functions
and roles to keep running the functionality in an organization. The activity of HR department
always remain vital because it has to manage the complex internal functions(Al-Romeedy
2019). The functions of HR department is to recruit best candidates,their training,maintaining
healthy work culture, ensuring safe working environment and many others with the purpose
to motivate and enhance efficiency of employees. To support this report a company named
Crystal Travel is taken which aims to develop and enhanced its business operations by
employing new Human Resource Manager with the view to improve their staff performance
and motivation along with PESTLE analysis of crystal travel.

travel industry, requires certain tools,strategies and business plan which are derived from
various research and studies which proved to be effective and supportive by applying them in
business operations in order to bridge the gape of performance deficiencies. Management
performance engaged in various activities such as reporting and identifying performance
level and its progress to improve the performance of both organization and individual at
different level(Burnett and Lisk 2019). The organization needs to follow and adopt modern
tools and techniques for enhancing business operations and its overall development.
Following are the tools and techniques which help to improve organizational performance of
the crystal travel.
Ask for referrals: this tool is effective which enables the industry to increase its
revenue. Its result depends on how it was implemented, its implementation requires in
a proper way. In a customer referral program survey it was found that 65 percent of
new business emerged from referrals
360 degree feedback: this tools helps in assessment about the performance of
employees. This tool covers every employees employed within an organization
including managers, customers, supervisors, ministerial staff of crystal travel. This
tool is used at times of training and development program , this technique assist in
