Human resources management is the strategic approach which is related to
the practice of recruiting, hiring, deploying and managing an organization's
employees to achieve the target of the company effectively and efficiently. It is the
process of managing the people in proper manner, along with it deals with the
management functions such as planning, organizing, directing and controlling the
business activities (Al-Romeed, 2019). It helps to achieve individual, organizational
and social objectives, and deals with the human resources, training and
development and maintenance of human resources. In this report it discuss that how
the Crystal travel company improve their performance by using the different tools
and techniques. Along with explain the role employees to well being in improving the
motivation and performance. By using this tools Crystal Travel company wants to
improve their performance and achieve the target. Because it helps the company to
expand their business all over the world and earn more profit.
What tools and techniques will help improve organizational
performance?
If Crystal travel company wants to improve their performance and earn more profit,
so they need to adapt some tools and techniques to compete in the competitive
market. Organization development is the process that helps to increase the
performance of a company. Along with Crystal travel company need to adopt new
strategies planning to achieve better success in future. It helps to focus on improving
the organization capabilities for making the proper strategies, structure, people,
rewards and management process. It involves the ongoing systematic process that
helps the company to do their work effectively and efficiently to improve their
performance (Elsadek, and Liu,2021). The five phases which are involved in
organization development strategy such as entry, diagnosis, feedback, solution and
evaluation.
High performance tools is the process to create the environment of motivation in the
company, so that employees and manager should keep analyzing and reviewing
themselves regularly,and work together to achieve the common goals of the
company. Organization need to follow the performance management because it

helps the company to produce the workforce which is skilled and efficient. If in case
company does not follow the management performance system, so they are not able
to perform well in future and achieve their target in proper manner (Gunawan,
Aungsuroch and Fisher, 2019). Performance management play important role in
modern organization, because it helps the company to become successful and stay
ahead in the competition. Along with it involves the measuring, reporting and
managing the progress of the company to improve the performance of the
organizations in both ways individual and corporate level. Crystal Travel company
can use five types of performance management tools and techniques which are
listed below:
Performance Appraisals- It is the process were the company review the employees
job performance and see the overall contribution of the company. If Crystal Travel
company wants to improve their performance, so they need to analyze the employee
job performance. Performance appraisal helps in evaluating and documenting the
employees, it is based on the employee's progress. Along with it is essential for the
growth of the company and the employees. Because it support the Crystal travel
company to find out that whether employees are being productive and good in their
job performance. The employers wants to take care that the appraisal process would
be fair, because is impact the company performance negatively. Appraisals also
support the company that what worker are not performing up the mark and it helps
companies find about inefficient workers
360- Degree feedback- It is process in which the employees receive the feedback
from the people who work around them such as manager, subordinate and others.
The Crystal travel company can use these tools to improve their performance of the
company and expand their business in future to earn more profit. 360-degree
feedback is usually helps to evaluate and assessment of the employees, that could
be either internal and external. The company make a report which include the
supervisor, managers, colleagues and others give a feedback to regarding each
other performance. It is the tool which is typically used in employees training and
development and helps the company to simplify the review process which consider

Key performance Indicators( KPI)- Crystal travel company can use this tools to
improve their performance management, as it provide different ways to measure the
performance of the company (Hu, Yao,and Zhang, 2021). KPI is a navigational
instrument which helps the company to give a clear picture of the current levels
performance of the organization and find the best way to resolve the problem and
achieve the target and objectives.
Personal Development Plans(PDP)- This is the best techniques for the
organization development, this plan is expertly designed for the action plan which is
based on the needs and wants of the company. Along with its create the action plan
to fulfilling the needs and helps the individual to choice the best way to achieve their
goals. Personal development plan helps to ensure the high performance of the
company, so that they can improve their work effectively and efficiently and expand
their business globally.
Reward and recognition programs- If the employee's doing excellent work, so
manger have a duty to praised them. Because it is important for the employees
motivation, if the manger are not appreciate their employees, so they fell
demotivated ourselves are not perform well. Along with this is not good for the
company performance (Veijalainen,2022).

and performance

focus on well being of the employees, because employees play a very essential part
in the company performance. If the employees are not doing their work in proper
manner so it will effect the company action and they face difficulty to achieve their
target. If the company wants to well-being for the employees perspective. It is
important to focus on that how the employees feels about their job and how they feel
at their work. Well-being include this elements such as mental heal, physical health,
stress mangmnet, social well being and so on. Employees spend most of their time
in working, so sometime organization can greatly impact the well being of the
employees within it. They are some factors in workplace which can directly impact
the well-being such as environment, physical it is related to the activity, lifestyle;e
and hygiene, social it is related to the relationship between the manager and
colleagues and last psychological it include purpose, goal and opportunity to learn.

well being. The culture well being is a workplace that helps the manger to encourage
and motivation their employees to maintain the healthy behaviors in the office. It is
important for the company to being a successful and innovative company in future. If
the company focus in well-being of the employee's, so they get many benefits such
as increased the staff satisfaction, build team morale, reduce absenteeism and
sense of community. To encourage and successful well being their employees the
company need to follow this steps which is listed below:
Provide mental health training- Most of the people face mental health issues which
include stress, depression and anxiety. So company must be able to encourage and
support their employees who are suffering from these issues (Kouatli,2019). Crystal
travel company need to make wide mental health plan to ensure that employees are
not face this problem. if they are,so they try to solve it. It's important to motivate
them and doing open and positive communication around the topic related to the
mental health to remove any stigma which may be attached to the topic.
Offer health and well being benefits- If the company start offering the health
benefits to the employees, so that helps the encourage the employees to doing
workout and maintain their health. Along with it is beneficial for the company growth

Create a culture of reward and recognition- Social well being is a important
component within overall well being, because it is beneficial for the employees
performance they feeling valued for their efforts. By creating a culture that helps the
employees to recognizing the good work and placing positive communication as a
high status in the workplace. When social well being needs are fulfilled, employees
fell more motivated and more productive, so this thing support the company to
creating a positive culture. By using our reward and recognition platform, manager
can encourage everyone in the company to acknowledge each other to maximize
the results (Pal and Sharmar, 2019). This platform allows the company to set
friendly competitions between teams which support the employees to improve
motivation and morale, whilst also working towards company goals or targets.
Provide proper training- If the company provide proper tanning to the employees,
so it helps to motivate them and enhance their skills and knowledge. Along with this

and give their hundred percent in their work. It also helps to build good relationship
between manager and employees, and employees also fell that manger value their

performance, it mans employees feel more satisfied with their job. Employees are
very important part for the organization it helps to achieve their goal effectively and
efficiently, so it is important for the company manager to motivate their employees
