INTRODUCTION
For every individual and company it is essential to conduct practices related to the
development because that will help in increasing their skills, abilities and knowledge as well as it
will also increase their values in effective manner. There are several practices development tool
which a person as well as an organization may adopt for it as that will help in conducting
development in effective manner (Adilli, 2020). Organization selected for the respective project
is CSL Limited which is conducting its business in health care, pharmaceutical and
biotechnology sector. It is one of the well known healthcare firms at the Australia. They are
facing issue related to the lack of skilled staffs at their workplace which impact their
performance. For which they are planning to adopt model as that will help in understanding
issues properly according to which they can develop strategies and plan. The topics include in
respective report are explanation as well as implementation of CCI (Claim, Concern and Issues)
model which help respective company in improving their market value by increasing skills of
staffs.

At the workplace there are several tools and techniques which a company may adopt for
determining issues which directly or indirectly impact on their business operations and functions.

conducting its business operations and functions at the healthcare industry are facing issues

handovers and so on in order to gain a sense of how team or group feel related to what are the
things which are worked well as well as what are the aspect they need to work on for
improvement.
