Employees are very much important part of an organization. They are said to be as the assets
of the business enterprises. As employees are the resources which uses to perform different
operations for an organization and also complete different tasks in works of an organization.

present report is all about the CSL limited, which is one of the global speciality
Biotechnology Company and researches, manufactures, develops the products in order to
treat the individuals or persons from the serious medical conditions. This report is going to
depicts about the performance of the employees working in the CSL limited along with the
culture and environment of the organisation in which various employees with different
culture work and attain the goals of the organisation. The report is also going to give the brief
description about the concept of employee engagement in the organisation and how all these
will help the firm CSL to save the life of many individuals which are suffering from many
serious issues or problems.

workforce?
Performance of employees is very much important for an organization. As good performance
of employees helps an organization in completing their tasks in effective manner, and also
helps them in achieving their goals and objectives (Carroll, et. al., 2019). Therefore, for CSL
Limited, this is one of the oldest and largest health care organizations of Australia. Therefore
for them it is very much important to make proper improvement in the performance of their
employees, so that they can complete the tasks and work of organization in effective manner.
Also this helps organization in achieving their aims and objectives in very effective manner.
There are different techniques of employee performance improvement which are used by
CSL Limited, so that they can improve performance of their employees. Beneath is the
technique used by CSL Limited for improving the performance of their employees –
Employee engagement - Employees are one of the most important key of success for
an organization. As they use to perform the tasks and work assigned to them, so that their job
role can get fulfilled and also tasks of organization cam get completed. Therefore, for an
organization it is very much important to engage their employees in different level of
organization. This all helps them in providing proper information about the job roles and
responsibilities which their employees have to play in the organization. Along with this, it
helps employees by gaining information about the aims and objectives of different functions
of organization, also helps them in gaining knowledge about the aims and objectives of the
organization (Grossmann and Brienza, 2018). This will help CSL Limited by increasing the
level of employees engages with them, so that employees gain clear knowledge about the job
role of them and along with goals of the organization. This all helps employees in improving
their performance according to the needs of organization, so that CSL Limited can achieve
their goals and objectives in effective manner. Along with this, increase in employee
engagement helps an organization like CSL Limited by getting number of employees which
are keen for their work. As improvement in performance will helps employees in getting

working culture of an organization is very much responsible for quality of the work given by
employees along with the level of their performance. Therefore, it is very much important for
CSL Limited to adopt a working culture that helps in making a working environment that can
helps employees in making improvement to their performance (Lazaridou, 2019). Therefore,
it is said that working culture of an organization is very much important for them, and also it
is the only thing which is responsible for the performance of employees at work place.

Handy’s Power culture – This is a model of working culture which is given by
