INTRODUCTION
East End Computing and Business College is on of the reviewed higher education in
the UK. Its providing a quality courses in different sectors are business management, IT
sectors, health and social care, accountability and hotel and tourism sectors. The college can
be adopted a project is Recycling(Shattock, 2010). The college groups provide the
information about the recycling and aware about the Improve the recycling products,
resources efficiency and save finite resources. The student of the college to come with a
project management plan for Recycling at east college in the UK. This project related to the
corporate social responsibility sectors it is corporation are self regulation integrated into a
business model.
TASK 1
P1 Project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.
Recycling at east college project aims and objective are SMART objectives to target
the all recycling business associations, resources and social communities. Objective must be
specific to target the areas fro aware about the recycling project. Measurable to those
indicators are involve in the project. Achievable the result in the available resources and
based on realistic or take the responsibility of all the project activities. Project must be time
bounded to target the all factors of the recycling.
Define the aims for communication plan and set the all tools for communicate with all
members of the groups. Firstly representing and promote the recycling industry for the
benefit for all members of the college. Meet the last year waste strategy target to set the new
strategy and target for the recycling resources. Student will increases the amount for the
material for recycling the products.
Students are encourage for the low or non-recyclers to recycling the waste products
and use for new innovation by the using materials. To development the new practices in the
different recycling industries are operational standard, human and safety or legal and
regulation compliance and support the roll-out of a new bin for the new recycling (Eckerson,
2010). Set terms need to be defined the project objective and understood by the society.

The aim and objective of this project that increases the awareness of the waste
products and recycling the waste products. Through this project student give the information
about recycling the waste and create the new innovative products. And recycling help in the
many ways like control pollution and help in growing the trees. Objective of this project to
development the new practices in industry for recycling and encourage for use the wste
products for recycling.

College student planing for the project of Recycling to including the various aspects
like cost, time, quality, communication, risk, resources and scope of the project. Project
planning involved the corporate social responsibility scope because its emphasized the
official behaviour for the college and its explained to include its members, suppliers

behaviour or the use of the material put in the project and student are disposed the product
after they lost value in the society. Project management planning including those aspects-
Scope- Prepare a project plan for the recycling the waste products are include the
project vision, mission, values, background and many activities are face by the project
planning. Project process improvement including the business documentations and the team
implementation for the focused on the outcomes that are all inputs including in the projects.
Cost- This aspect is very important in this type of the project because the many
peoples are not aware the recycling advantages for the our and society development. The
project team plan ans set the level of accuracy of cost estimates are uses in the material, use
the different communication tools and many others activities related to the give information
about the recycling.
Quality- A project team also identify the quality of the project to impact ion the
society and the development for the recycling the waste products(Smith, Binns and Tushman,
2010). This aspect provide a benchmark to the corporate social responsibility to how the use
of the resources by its members.
Communication- Communication is very important in this project to get the
information to the all members about the activities of the project. Student use the many types
of tool to give the information and aware about the recycling wastes. Communication plan
including the format, list of content and detail, the reason for the distribution to better
understand by the society.
Risk- This plan identify those strategies to increase the probability of the risk and
impact of positive events in the project activities or the students. This aspect also identify the
negative impact of the risk probability.
Resources- A project management plan includes various types of resources like
Human, finance, technical and physical. They all resources are help in different ways. Human
resources are the main elements of the project management plan and they use finance to buy
main elements are use project. Technical resources are help in collecting information and use
the various tools and techniques for formulate the plan.

project by the students. This chart provide the graphical presentation of the schedule to help
in the planning, organising, controlling, coordinating and track the specific tasks of the
project by the students. Firstly students identify the essential tasks for using the information

including in the groups activities needed in the project. Team identify the relationship task in
the different tasks in the project and task to be completed before the start the new task by the
groups members(Edmonds, 2011). Students use the activities into the one software use by the

Quantitative research in the project for use to gain and understanding the underlying
reasons, opinions, and motivations of the project. Students are use this research only for
practical research on the project like research the areas those are not aware the recycling
industry(Law, Chen and Wu, 2010). Quantitative research methods identify the objective
measurement and its including the data collection, survey or questioner. This research method
will help to project planner to get opinions of employees and other people on the CSR to
accomplish this project.
Data collection method are use to collection the information about the project related
resources, locations and budget. Its collected data use the research, investigate and through

the old data, magazines and news papers. Questionnaire will be used in this project to gather
data from employees of the college.
Survey by the students for the different areas to give the information and promote the
recycling industry to meet the objective of the project. Survey by the student to get the
information about the many locations are not aware about the recycling resources and
materials use in the process.
Questioner also help to get the percentage of the result the how many peoples aware
and related to recycling projects.
Qualitative research use for gain and determine the reasons, motivations and its
providing the solution for the problem or also helps the student to develop own ideas or
hypotheses for the potential quantitative research in the project. Qualitative research
including the many methods use to get the information about the project and help to complete
the task for achieving the objectives.
Interview are organised by the companies to hire the person of suitable skills for the
company(Giesen and et. al, 2010). In this project interview connected by the students for hire
those persons to know about the recycling project and give the knowledge to the peoples.
Group discussion use by the team members for a topic related to the project like how
the waste product for the recycling the team members give the own opinion for the topic.
Observations methods use for the observe the others activities to learn those activities.
In this project students are collect the information for primary resources like
interviews, observation of the candidates and survey of different towns. This all information

recycling products. Students are also use the secondary resources like newspapers, old
reports, online sites, blogs and magazines. This all information are available easily to know

P5 Research and data using appropriate tools and techniques.
Recycling east end college project use the appropriate tool and techniques in ms
excel, SPSS and mini-tab functions in this project(Martini, Pareto and Bosch, 2013). This
tools and techniques help in the research and collection of data or its uses in the project.
MS Excel- Excel use in analysis the data and provide the research result for the
project. Students use this software to arrange the data, identify the values is missing in the
project information. Its help to understand the work schedule on the excel and create he list of
all activities of the project.
SPSS- Special package for social science used in the market research, health, survey
the companies, government rules and education research. This statistics involve the bas of the
software include the tabulation, explore, ratio statistics, frequencies etc. are help in the
numerical outcomes of the project. Its also identify the factors analysis are affected on the
project activities, performance of the team and result of the project outcomes.
Mini-tab- Student use this software in data and file management of the activities in the
different files like spreadsheet for analysis the data, tables, graphs for show the result, cluster

personalised techniques in the recommendations. Personalised techniques are involve the
contact based, collaborating filtering and knowledge based recommendations. Contact based
recommendations given the friend and relatives for the changes in the some activities of

like resources, materials etc. Knowledge based recommendations are collected by the student

products.

From the above discussion, I have learnt a lot things which carries by CSR activities.
It is not only beneficial for society but also established enhancement in brand reputation of
the ECB. In addition to this, objectives and goals also defined which build strong customer
base with implementation of theoretical concepts with other relevant informations of CSR
activities. Beside this, concept and other information can be carries through many books and
journals. I finished my work effectively in this area of research with graph and thematic
analysis as well. Gantt chart was the tough task for me to conduct this was my the thing
which I was doing first time in my life. I have researched about it on the internet to use it and
make a Gantt chart against the activities which has to be completed in this project. Preparing
questions for questionnaire was an interesting part of this project by which I collect
information from others. This project research to meet the objectives of the recycling
resources for development for the society, health and safety, technology and education.
Student the research objectives. The research objectives are the description of the student
what is to be achieved by the study, they are focus on the study topic and development of the
methodologies of the project(Hull and et. al, 2011). Student are set the broad objective are
usually only one study they are nit including other topic for study. Its related to the core
problem and related to specific topic. Student target the population and place for the research
and team members take the right action for the decision making. This objective or the
research to described the variables that measured by the research by the
students(Achtenhagen, Melin and Naldi, 2013). This objective of the research they stated on
the logical sequence, clear actions, specific and measurable objective. According to this
model the description of project plan is problem faced by different departments due to task

decision and what happened in this project teas and students described their responsibility.
Students and people what feel and think about this project and hat expectation of the student
of this projects. After determine the feeling next to evaluating the experience of the students
and what is good and bad task in this project. Planner analysis the situation and maket the

students are use the excel sheet and many software for the research. Use the decision making
