INTRODUCTION
East End Computing and Business College is on of the reviewed higher education in
the UK. Its providing a quality courses in different sectors are business management, IT
sectors, health and social care, accountability and hotel and tourism sectors. The college can
be adopted a project is Recycling(Shattock, 2010). The college groups provide the
information about the recycling and aware about the Improve the recycling products,
resources efficiency and save finite resources. The student of the college to come with a
project management plan for Recycling at east college in the UK. This project related to the
corporate social responsibility sectors it is corporation are self regulation integrated into a
business model.

P1 Project aims and objectives for a chosen scenario.
Recycling at east college project aims and objective are SMART objectives to target
the all recycling business associations, resources and social communities. Objective must be
specific to target the areas fro aware about the recycling project. Measurable to those
indicators are involve in the project. Achievable the result in the available resources and
based on realistic or take the responsibility of all the project activities. Project must be time
bounded to target the all factors of the recycling.
Define the aims for communication plan and set the all tools for communicate with all
members of the groups. Firstly representing and promote the recycling industry for the
benefit for all members of the college. Meet the last year waste strategy target to set the new
strategy and target for the recycling resources. Student will increases the amount for the
material for recycling the products.
Students are encourage for the low or non-recyclers to recycling the waste products
and use for new innovation by the using materials. To development the new practices in the
different recycling industries are operational standard, human and safety or legal and
regulation compliance and support the roll-out of a new bin for the new recycling (Eckerson,
2010). Set terms need to be defined the project objective and understood by the society.

The aim and objective of this project that increases the awareness of the waste
products and recycling the waste products. Through this project student give the information
about recycling the waste and create the new innovative products. And recycling help in the
many ways like control pollution and help in growing the trees. Objective of this project to
development the new practices in industry for recycling and encourage for use the wste
products for recycling.

College student planing for the project of Recycling to including the various aspects
like cost, time, quality, communication, risk, resources and scope of the project. Project
planning involved the corporate social responsibility scope because its emphasized the
official behaviour for the college and its explained to include its members, suppliers

behaviour or the use of the material put in the project and student are disposed the product
after they lost value in the society. Project management planning including those aspects-

measurement and its including the data collection, survey or questioner. This research method
will help to project planner to get opinions of employees and other people on the CSR to
accomplish this project.
Data collection method are use to collection the information about the project related
resources, locations and budget. Its collected data use the research, investigate and through

the old data, magazines and news papers. Questionnaire will be used in this project to gather
data from employees of the college.
Survey by the students for the different areas to give the information and promote the
recycling industry to meet the objective of the project. Survey by the student to get the
information about the many locations are not aware about the recycling resources and
materials use in the process.

Recycling east end college project use the appropriate tool and techniques in ms
excel, SPSS and mini-tab functions in this project(Martini, Pareto and Bosch, 2013). This
tools and techniques help in the research and collection of data or its uses in the project.
MS Excel- Excel use in analysis the data and provide the research result for the
project. Students use this software to arrange the data, identify the values is missing in the
project information. Its help to understand the work schedule on the excel and create he list of
all activities of the project.
SPSS- Special package for social science used in the market research, health, survey
the companies, government rules and education research. This statistics involve the bas of the
software include the tabulation, explore, ratio statistics, frequencies etc. are help in the
numerical outcomes of the project. Its also identify the factors analysis are affected on the
