Topic: Implementation of CSR activities in the organization to meet with sustainable objectives
Background of study
Corporate social responsibility is determining different types of activities which assist to
enhance positive outcomes and results. In this way, the business can attain profitable results
which assist to make objectives for society. It is helpful activities which develops relationship
with customers and employees as well. In order to adopt CSR activities, the company can easily
survive within the market. It aids to make objectives and goals in long term perspective that
ascertain through growth of the enterprise. In addition to this, it is also helpful to make
partnership with different types of the enterprise through the company can develop their
operations in new areas. It is also helpful to understand the benefits which can be implement for
Hilton hotel which describes to implementation of the CSR policies within the business
environment. In the present study, it is conducted to understand importance of CSR policies and
its link with competitive advantages and sustainability.
