many more. By practicing CSR, the organisations can be intended of the kind of influence they
are having on all considerations of the society, encompassing social, economic and
environmental (Park and Kim, 2019). The company which is chosen for this assignment is
Verdant Leisure. It is a tailored holiday park operator in UK. It provides services such as
caravan holidays and self-catering lodge and holiday home ownership throughout Scotland,
Devon and Northern England. It is a medium-sized organisation. These sort of organisation
refers to that type of business which maintains revenues, number of employees and assets below
a specific threshold. It plays an important role in the development of economy and hiring vast
number of employees and supporting to shape the innovation. The discussion in this essay is
based upon the analysation and exploration of extent of CSR practices and how these practices
can influence management and sustainable practices.

concept that an organisation has the accountability of conducting business in a right way. An
organisation should self-regulate its actions and be socially responsible to its stakeholders,
customers and the public at large. In case of Verdant Leisure, there are four types of CSR.
Environmental responsibility, it is fundamental for the businesses to engage
themselves in the eco-friendly or environmental friendly practices. Businesses can be valuable

and reduction of materials and promotes visitors and company's owner to recycle.
