Background of study:
CSR plays vital role in companies and enables to develop positive perception within
people. So as to reach out desired goals, management requires understanding satisfaction level of
customers (Lins, Servaes and Tamayo, 2016). Identical goods services are offered to customers
by the business organisation. Regarding to be improved and effective firms make use of
strategies to attain sustainable development. With this respect, one of the effective way to attain
sustainable development is through CSR. It is essential to understand the importance of CSR as it
improves and increases the rate of profitability. For conducting research in efficient way,
Charlotte hotel is been selected (Servaes and Tamayo, 2013). It will cover the importance of
CSR to the firm and its link with attaining sustainable development.
Aim:
“To understand the role of activities related to CSR in order to accomplish sustainable
development: A study on Charlotte street hotel”
Objectives:
