Organization need to function ethically so that goodwill can be raised in the market place
and more customer base can be increased for the product and services. Ethically functioning

volume raises. It directly or indirectly uplift the profit maximization ratio as compared to their
competitors . CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) creates a huge impact on the leadership in
modern organization due to which living standard of the people are raising in a positive manner.
This report covers why it is important to manage sustainably and behave ethically in context to
social, environmental, cultural and economical issues. Additionally, high light how

of soil, temperature, climate, harmful gases, pH level of water etc. organization should adopt
effective and unique ways to save the environment from depletion in the competitive market
place. In order to sustain for longer time period it is necessary to ozone-friendly methods.
Business administration work ethically in the market place so that skilled and competent staff
workers can be assured to perform effectively in the market. By doing huge profits can be gained
which can be further used for growth and development in the market.
