INTRODUCTION
Values and belief refers to the individual's judgement which illustrate whether the actions
being done are right or wrong, good or bad, ethical or unethical and important or unimportant. In
this assessment, how an individual's, groups and managers ethical decisions will affect the
Morrisons Ltd which is one of the biggest UK's retail supermarket. It will further describe that
how different cultural values can influence the CSR and does Morrisons Ltd follow an ethical
approach of other cultural value systems.

Ethics provides the principles and standards of an individual behaviour that helps in the
decision making process. Values and belief plays an important role in the working of an
organisation. They are crucial in day-to-day functioning whether it is related to the individual,
group or manager role of the organisation.
Individual's values are the goals which motivate people action and represent what is
important to them. Each value is different from other person and is completely dependant on the
individual's culture, upbringing, experience of life and many more. While considering the
example of Morrisons Ltd, the company put more emphasis on the employees values and belief
(Gheitani and et.al., 2018). The company allows its colleagues to take their own decisions with
the Morrisons plan and motivate them to provide better experience to the customers as they are
the king of the market and for retail industry it's very important to satisfy the customers.
Groups value or belief are important for the growth of the company's success as well as
an individual's success. In Morrison Ltd people work together for better results. Morrison Ltd do
allow its employees to take part in the management of the organisation. They form teams of
more than two employees to collaborately work together which would help them to grow
together. They are the rules whether written or spoken, guide the team members how to interact,
collaborate them in an effective and efficient ways. It helps the organisation to establish high
performance teams which can work in any problematic situation and work on the better results.
Manager values or belief are crucial in the company's growth and also in an individual's
growth. Managers at Morrisons Ltd possess great communication skills which are necessary to
manage, coordinate and build trust amongst the organisation. They directly engage to the
employees on a timely basis to avoid communication gap and provide feedback in a polite way

rather to being rude. The manager should have a good and clear vision which help them to
understand the work to their colleagues. Empathy towards its employees can help to build the
trust and confidence by performing small things like recognizing employee burnout signs, know
them at personal level, plan events to support outside work. Morrisons Ltd manager always
works in the betterment and progress of its employees to hold them personally accountable.
Holding an individual accountable would strengthen the learning, sets expectations, building
trust.
Ethical behaviour and CSR are significant for the business perspective. Ethics are the
principles of an individual, group or an organisation which govern its actions and distinguish
what is right or wrong. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an concept which is followed
by every organisation which work in the social welfare of the society at large (Mishra and
Schmidt, 2018). Ethical behaviour in the organisation helps to perform CSR activities as
compared to unethical organisations and helps directly or indirectly to the company. In case of
Morrisons Ltd, CSR activities like supporting British farmers, product hygiene, R3 policy,
looking after colleagues, protecting worker's rights, reducing food waste, supporting local
communities which help them to build customer's loyalty towards them (Pulker and et.al., 2018).
Reputation of the company increase the chances to obtain new customer's. Morrisons Ltd
policies towards its employees force them to work for the company which also helps the
company to retain its good and experienced employees. Providing positive working environment
to the employees is an ethical thing to do from the company's point of view. It also helps
company to avoid legal hurdles whether it could be related to the environmental law, labour law,
food safety regulations or any taxations laws.

Ethical leadership consist of various significant role in the organization. For instance , it deliver
he support in satisfying the employees and the customers of organisation, it improve the moral
values of the company. Due to that the organization is able to deliver positive culture to the
people working in the organization which also decrease the stress of the workers. The Morrison
company is following all the corporate ethics which is creating values and attracting the potential
customer toward the association.
The ethical leadership consist of important framework which is know as FATHER which
indicate the elements which are essential to dress of the success of business enterprises such as
fairness, accountability, trust, honesty, equality as well as respect. It deliver assistance in
enhancing the productivity and profitability of the company. In context to that the leader of the
organization provide support to the workers by resolving their personal and professional problem
in effective as well efficient manner (Weiss, 2021). Basically the element of approach encourage
the working people to accomplish the goal, aim and objective of the organization in an
appropriate manner.
According to the business ethical the leader or the manger provide huge support in dealing with
the forthcoming challenges associated with the organization. For improving the productivity the
leader of the Morrison company share the personal experiences, skills and knowledge to the
workers that encourage them to increase the employability and capability to perform the task in
short period of time (Grosenick, and Gibson, 2019). The manger of the organization deliver
huge concern toward the health and safety of the workers and treat them in the right manner. In
context to that the manger or the leader of the company consider the employees of the
