ANALYSE THE CAUSES OF THIS PROBLEM
• In aspect of ethical problem, when CSR are not worked effectively then definitely senior
management are not able to take ethical decisions for their institute. Due to this the positive
relationship between senior management and candidates are not effectively sustained for long
duration at the time of doing any type of project or work.
• In aspect of misconduct and legal problem, when CSR are not effectively various educational
institute or other type of organization. Then, definitely misconduct activities are from senior
management and candidates. Due to conducting services wrong direction chances are easily
increased for decreased the goodwill and productivity of various educational institutes and other
firms at maximum level.

• First solution is that institute of senior management of institute must operate their activities
according to the policies of Corporate Social Responsibility. Because due the effective use of
CSR policies institutes and other organizations are to serve best quality and valuable product to
their users effectively.
• Second solution is according to CSR management must keep friendly culture in their institute
(Wang, Lu and Qiao, 2021). Due to maintaining friendly atmosphere students easily share their
real problems with the higher authorities without any type of hesitation. In this way the overall
growth and productivity of the institute is easily increased at maximum level.

Discuss the strengths and weaknesses of this solution
Strength -
• In aspect of CSR policies, when the policies such as improving education, promote generate
equality are utilized effectively, then definitely then definitely overall growth of the country are
easily increased. Because here meaningful and beneficial are received by each and every
individual person whether the person is studying or doing job.
• The strength is due to the effective use of CSR, it is mandatory for any institute or organization
that they must always keep standard and quality in their product and services in any situation.
Because without keeping standard many institutes are not able to survive in market.

• Firstly chances are easily increased for enhancing conflict within institute between stakeholders
for increasing profit in any way. Because in stakeholders some person comes under the category
of only money making minded and those person did not have the value of their services and
products. Due to this final decisions are made in very slow manner by higher authorities.
• Second weakness is that increasing cost in various activities of institutes or organizations. It
means that investing in CSR, at any scale, can lead to high costs and expenses. Organizations may
have to reorganize their finances to accommodate this budgetary change. They need investment to
train employees, launch campaigns and collaborate with external agencies to roll out programs.

Conclusion
From the above analysis it is conclude that corporate social responsibility
plays the crucial role for institute and company in both aspects whether it is success or
failure. But when we look at the real function of CSR success is mostly come out in
the form of result. Therefore, CSR policy is highly essential for reducing the illegal
and misconduct by the higher authorities in their operational. In this way the strong
positive relationship are effectively sustained between various types of firms and users
for long time.
