In aspect of ethical problem, when CSR are not worked effectively then definitely senior
management are not able to take ethical decisions for their institute. Due to this the positive
relationship between senior management and candidates are not effectively sustained for long
duration at the time of doing any type of project or work.
In aspect of misconduct and legal problem, when CSR are not effectively various educational
institute or other type of organization. Then, definitely misconduct activities are from senior
management and candidates. Due to conducting services wrong direction chances are easily
increased for decreased the goodwill and productivity of various educational institutes and other
firms at maximum level.

First solution is that institute of senior management of institute must operate their activities
according to the policies of Corporate Social Responsibility. Because due the effective use of
