meetings with global stakeholders to develop concrete goals for our Serve 360: Making Good in

hotel presented the aims and objectives to various stakeholders for feedback. .
CSR policy of IHG - Level 1 hotels have achieved 10 best approaches to management that
position them for growth and deliver immediate resource and energy savings across activities.
This involves things like keeping track of usage records, forming a limited company for the
hotel, and installing energy efficient lighting in luxury suites.
