This research project examines the impact of business ethics and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on Volkswagen, focusing on the company's response to the global emission scandal. The project includes a literature review analyzing the impact of business ethics and CSR activities on an organization's working, evaluating the role of crafting values and CSR on goodwill enhancement, and examining the relationship between CSR and ethics for profitability. The research methodology involves a primary data survey using questionnaires distributed to Volkswagen customers, employing a random sampling method. The report presents a project plan, resource allocation, and a proposed research investigation detailing the data collection and analysis process. The findings aim to provide recommendations for Volkswagen to improve its image, enhance profitability, and strengthen its position in the market through ethical practices and CSR initiatives.
