1. What was the Project supposed to accomplish?
Ans: The project supposed to achieve the aims and objectives of the firm in order to make
successful business project.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know? Specifically, please outline any
evaluation and assessment undertaken.
Ans: Yes, there is need to manage time for each activity in order to asses the project in right
direction.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all aspects of the project (e.g
initial inception, project activities and project outcomes) from a range of perspectives.
Ans: The work breakdown structure operated well, because it helps in managing the work, there
are many skills which are taken into action in order to make their business effective.
4. What problems emerged during the project and how were they tackled? Was there
timely identification of issues and resolution during the project process?
Ans: The major problem found at the time of marketing survey, the respondents are not able to
understand the questions because lack of knowledge about CSR activities. It is tackled by
providing idea about CSR activities in detail to the respondents.
5. What did you learn from undertaking the project?
Ans: At the time of doing the project I have learned so many things which would be useful for

me to applying them in my future projects for making more profit and success.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management consultant leading the project
Ans: 4 out of 5.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you identify?
Ans: My major strength is to complete the project on given period of time. The weakness is
lack of knowledge on some topics which are not understandable by me.
