Operational management refers to controlling, evaluating and managing the overall
activity of the company and also through the accurate management it produce the raw material
into finished goods. Thus, in respect of committing such environmental factors which is related
to CSR it had direct impact upon the operational management. As Corporate social responsibility
is to be initiated by company is respect of managing their overall activity to bring more positive
results and motivating employees to increase their productivity (LeBaron and Rühmkorf, 2017).
By choosing this procedure it helps companies to enhances their reputation and brand image in
market. In case of Aldi, CSR had the positive impact on company operational management as it
motivate employees to work with more creativity and different techniques are to be adapted at
the time of committing such work. With the concept of CSR it helps companies to prepare their
employees to work according to changes engaged in financial, social and environmental matters.
It prepare employees to face all the risk which is associated at the time of producing such
products. Thus the decision made in respect of managing operation influences the activity which
is to be conducted by company under CSR.
The role of leaders and managers are important in Aldi store and also through the
procedure of CSR , they had positive impact on company management (Navare, 2017). As
managers set some goals and ethics which is to be followed by employees and through there
strategy they can motivate other company managers to take effective decision making.
