A project is suppose to accomplish the benefits of CSR towards an
organisation in gaining the competitive advantage and sustainability in
market.
2. Did the project succeed in its aims/ how do you know?

Yes, project have succeed its aims and objectives because all
requirement get fulfil according to time. These objectives and
target set with the help of taking topic in account as well.
3. What things do you think worked well and why? Evaluate all
aspects of the project (e.g initial inception, project activities and

Data analysis and Recommendations are two topics which get
done in an effective manner. They provide a sufficient details
through which whole project get understand in an appropriate
manner. On the basis of suggestions all areas which require to

tackled? Was there timely identification of issues and resolution
during the project process?
Budget and data collection are two major issues which are identified in
project. Yes, they get resolve in an appropriate time period by using
managerial skills of my own.

On the basis of this project, benefits of CSR get determine which
aid in long term success of an organisation.
6. How would you rate your performance as a management
consultant leading the project?
I rate this project 7 out of 10. Because, insufficient budget was a
issues as well as might be all respondents were not provide
adequate data.
7. What strengths and weakness of your performance did you
identify?
Managerial skills was my major strength but lack of
communication with others work as my weakness. As this is my
first project so interaction with others make me feel
uncomfortable.
8. How will this inform and support your continuous professional
development?
This will going to support me in my professional development as
in near future I am going to join a multi national company where
managerial skilled person requirement is high.
