Corporate social responsibility is famously known as the CSR activity which is considered as a
management model & approach in which businesses integrate environmental and social issues
into their processes and relationships with various parties such as workers, consumers,
governments, and others. Organizations may be aware of the sort of impact they have on all
aspects of society, including social, economic & environmental problems, by engaging in CSR.
(Jain and Winner, 2016). In order to complete this report, Softwire organisation is considered
which is established in 2000 and providing software development services in various locations.
In Softwire, more than 200 employees are working and providing their best services in order to
attract the customers. Softwire is a small scale software development company located in various
locations including London and Bristol. Company is entirely dedicated to client satisfaction, and
it is the driving force behind all we do. Softwire provides a full range of software services to
customers, from initial meeting and design to installation and continuing maintenance. The
primary motive of this easy is to highlight the CSR practise and also identify that how CSR
practices provide impact on the management and other sustainable activities and practices of the
company.

aim to establish a good effect, issues like inequality, tolerance, environmental degradation, and
social equity emerge considerations that are incorporated into performance management and

competitive compensation packages & are treated with dignity, and insuring that all tools and

or environmentally friendly initiatives as a matter of course. Businesses may be huge
contributors towards pollutants, green house gases, waste & also other environmental issues, but
