INTRODUCTION
Business management is considered as act in which company will organize people in
order to accomplish work in properly for attaining desire goal as well as target. This will include
several factors such as planning, organizing, leading, staffing, controlling, directing and so on as

Organisation selected for conducting this report is TESCO which is a public limited
company operating at retail industry. It is founded by Jack Cohen in 1919 and its head office is
located at England, United Kingdom. Area in which respective company is operating are United
Kingdom, India, Thailand, Poland, Hungary, Ireland, Malaysia and so on (Spector, 2015). Topics
which are included in this report are different sustainable approaches in respect of business
management and strategy. Along with this it will also include several approaches to CSR

skills disparity of development. There are lots of skills are required in an individual in order to
develop the growth of company. These skills includes cooperation and coordination skills,
communication, data statistics and problem solving skills. In order to develop the foundation of
business I have worked on my key skills that are communication, problem solving and work
related skills that are described below.
Team work skills:- At the time of course of research, I explore the strategies of
approaches and responsibilities that attain by foundation of business communication. The
team work skills are required in all business strategies as it helps in delivering the high
sustainable success in the market in an suitable and ethical manner. To do research on
this, an effective team is required who can collaborate with each other by sharing
information and strategies. With the help of this better experience in my research, it helps
me in developing my team working skills. The team work required planning, punctuality,
listening skills, decision making skills, conflict solving ability and knowledge to work
properly in an organisation. The team work depends on the proper functioning of these
skills that are required in an organisation in order to achieve the success of a company
that can be sustain in the market. Each individual has different sets of thinking, abilities
and experience which can help in developing other skills. The team work skills work on

Problem solving skills:- I have learned lots of things regarding the action of relation of
business communication that can help in developing my skills of problem solving.
During the analysing of information collection, I faced many problems regarding this and
I learn different strategies that can help myself in improving my skills. I found many
ways to resolve the issue that comes under this are while data collection that help me in
building my key skills of problem solving skills and also teach me to resolve issues on
time in an effective manner. The result of this occurs in a positive manner as I learned to
manage the whole work on time. It also includes the collection of data that can be
appropriate, reliable and valuable for the growth of the company. This skills is necessary
to be learned in both personal and professional because it is very useful in solving various
issues from which the individual as well as the company's growth is effected. It gave the
rich experience to me in problem solving at different stages of life. Before this research I
faced many issues which are not solve in an effective manner but after this research now I
can solve the problems with full confidence and enthusiasm. With the help of this, now I
had developed the different sets of mind and idea, calmness, patience in order to solve the
problems effectively.
Communication skills:- This skills are required in order to develop the growth of any
company as it provides sustainability to the company. With the help of research on this, I
can develop many things and can also develop my communication skills. This skills help
in achieving the success of an organisation. After this research, I have learned
responsibilities of social corporate and their importance with in the company to attain the
required success. This skills are differently work in different organisation. I have learned
the approaches of sustainability of Tesco Ltd. That are applied by the company. With
this, they can operate their different organisational activities in a very suitable manner.
The research help me to build my communication skills by a report of oral and written. I
have to discuss about this report to the all students of classroom in such way that they can
understand all the research in well manner and summarized way of information. This will
help me in increasing my communication skills with a broad level. The discussion of this

so that they can sustain in marketplace for long time duration. According to this level of CSR
activities conducted by micro, SMEs and corporate business units are different because their
status are also different. In respect of that micro business will conduct CSR activities at small
level such as taking care of garden whereas corporate business will conduct it at the large level
like development of school, hospital and so on.
