Answer:
Diversity is the state of mind or the range of people having different
backgrounds of culture, caste, religion, interest, knowledge, lifestyles,
sex, generations etc. It can be considered as a party which has surprising
elements like the people of different cultures meet and learn and get
mixed with each other in such a way that the difference in their interests
gets disappeared. So it can be considered as that means which accepts
the people with their differences and rely on their individuality, their
likes and dislikes. Welcoming to the environment is just a step towards

other at the same time. But there is no such book or any other particular recipe of
instructions to be followed in this case other than some attitudes that works as a
bridge between the two. Learning the cultures of others, treating all the person equal
