techniques. In the process of communication there can be a formation of various kinds of issues
or barriers such as in the Pine parks.(Cullen,2017) This report will determine the cultural and
communication issues that results in the breakdown in the communication process within the
Pines parks and also provides the recommendations to prevent the future conflicts.
TASK 3 :CULTURAL AND COMMUNICATION ISSUES WITHIN THE
PINES PARKS
There were many issues which are responsible for the breakdown of the communication
within the Pine parks. The first issue was the Power distance, the ethical concept which reflect
how an individual deal and react to inequality. The two kinds of Power distance, Low power
distance and high power distance.
