varieties of languages (Guerrero, Small, Schwei and Jacobs., 2018).

receiver. This Poster will cover Barriers of the effective communication their overcome strategies.

Common Challenges and barriers to effective communication
There are some barriers and challenges which are faced by the employees at the Bus company.
Lack of confident
Most of the employees are alack of confident when to communicate with the customers. This is challenging for the employees to communicate
them properly.
Language barrier
Customers come from the different places, and they speak different languages which is a language barriers for the employees of the bus company
(Raina and Roebuck., 2016). This become challenges for them when they have to face this kind of problems at the workplace. This makes them
