INTRODUCTION
The term primary healthcare generally refers to an important well-being care
which is specifically based on the scientifically sound as well as socially acceptable
technology and methods as well. The primary well-being care can usually address the
majority of the well-being needs of a person throughout their lifetime. It can involve the
mental, physical as well as the social health and it is mainly a person-centred instead of
disease-centred. Within Australia, the people having disabilities are generally more
likely to experience the poverty, mainly living in the poor quality or an insecure housing
as well as can involve reduced level of educations. In this report, it will cover the
common health issues that has occurred within Australia among children such as
hearing impairments, speech and language impairments and ear health issues. There is
a discussion about an effective primary healthcare principle that make impact over the
children to reduce their disabilities and living a better and healthier life as well. In
addition to this, there is also a discussion about the effective strategy from the Ottawa
Charter for Health Promotion that can significantly help the disabled children to improve
their well-being more efficiently (Nikogosian, 2021).

The one social determinant that has created an impact over the health and well-
being of an individual or communities given in the project such as the hearing
impairment and speech and language issues. In context with hearing impairments,
having lesser educational as well as the jobs opportunities generally due to impaired
communication. The social withdrawal due to the reduced access to the services and
difficulties specifically communicating with others. Having emotional issues generally
caused by a drop within the self-esteem and confidence. While talking about the speech
and language impairments given in the project can involve that a person may include a
feeling of confusion and frustration which generally arise from the speech and language
challenges can outcomes in the specific behavioural issues. In addition to this, the
children consisting a severe speech damage cannot develop the normal communication

skills such as the psychological illness. The children can feel embarrassment, anger,
shame, depression as an outcome of the speech impairments (DeJoy & Wilson, 2019).
Identify and explain one primary health care principle in given project.
One of the primary healthcare principles that is generally given in the project such
as use of centre for research excellence framework in order to initiate the HEAL project
which can include the Sydney children healthcare organization network. The centre of
research excellence in the disability and well-being generally aims to determine the
cost-effective policies which can efficiently enhance the well-being of a children with
disability within Australia. In this, there are the four participating additional medical
services as well as the additional well-being services and a network of the coordinating
centre and had fundings from the NSW well-being and a commonweal. Within the
Australian public, the people with disability is generally more likely to be unemployed,
live in an adequate as well as unaffordable housing, specifically have not completed
their education as well as living in the financial stress. These such people can face the
discrimination within all aspects of their lives consisting their experience at school with
the well-being care system and so on. Decreasing these such disparities can efficiently
enhance the well-being of the Australians with disability (Hammell, 2019).

The concept of cultural competence is generally defined as the capability of the care
providers as well as the healthcare organizations to efficiently deliver the well-being
care services which can meet the cultural, social as well as effective needs of the
people. in this, the culturally competent care is the care which can respect the diversity
within the population of the patient as well as the cultural components which can

influence the well-being and well-being care like the language, beliefs, the
communication styles, behaviours and attitudes as well. in this, the cultural competence
can support the acknowledgement as well as the acceptance of differences in
appearance, culture and behaviours (McGuirk & Frazer, 2021).
CONCLUSION
From the above discussion, it is concluded that the Australian people such as
children are more commonly having disabilities such as hearing impairment, speech
and language impairment, and the ear health issues and many more. In this, above is a
