Question-1
Culture is sum total of integrated patterns of learning behaviour that are being
characteristics to all member of the society. Culture and society are interrelated with
each other to give positive impact on culture of people where they are living. Culture
of a society is determined by people and families living in the society and their
attitudes to perceive things in order to obtain the societal aspects. Culture is consists
of objects, beliefs, values and members of particular group of society. Society is a
group of people who have common perception of the goal which they would like to
achieve (Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, 2019).
The term society always has geographic meaning and people who have
common culture in particular locations. Culture includes various societal aspects as
rules, values, norms, language, products and institutions that creates cluster of
positive culture in society. The society where we live determines everything from the
eating of food and choices we make from that. A society is cultures combinations
who shares a territory and always interact with each other to share their different
culture. Different people living in the society have different cultures, a culture
represent practices and beliefs and about society it is the representation of people
who share same practices and beliefs. Culture is complex and consists of every
aspect we think and stand as a members of the society (Lunmen Learning, 2019).
The society where we live determines everything from the eating of food and choices
we make from that.
Question-2
The forces that always leads to big differences in culture as the basic social
organization in a society demonstrates that society aspects vary from one person to
another. The prevalence of political and economic philosophies is also the force that
leads to the big differences in culture. The dynamic government culture also affects
the social culture in many ways as to apply the rules and regulations in the culture.
The language force is also a barrier as people from different regions speaks various
languages and that are not easily to understand. Language imperialism involves that
there is a transfer of dominant languages to other people who live in the society
Education is also a force that conserves the modifications in renewal of cultures
(School Of Open Learning, 2019).
Education is most important part of everyone life. It is conceived as a planned
effort to maintain in the culture. It is formal or informal patterns that has to be
performed and implement in the culture of the society (SparkNotes LLC, 2019).
Education can increase knowledge, inculcate new ideas, skills and attitudes among
the people who live in society. Educated people have clear perception for achieving
group targets in a society and if people are not educated there is lack of force that
leads to differences in cultures (Sociology Guide, 2019).

Question-3
The business and economic implications rises from time to time and
establishes differences in culture. The business through its competitiveness results
in innovations and creates the cultural industries through cultural resources that drive
for growth and employment opportunities in the business. When there are
differences in culture, then there is a change in business also as they are connected
with each other. An implications is the measures the effect the economy in specified
area and ranges through culture of a society (Compendium of Cultural Policies and
Trends, 2019).
When there is change in business revenue, personal wages and business
profits, then culture also needs to be suffer from this and this implied the main result
in differences of society. There are several impacts that there are differences in the
culture as customer services, retention strategies, organisation performance and
behaviour information to influences their cultures. Culture is the combination of
aspects of society and implications always results in more differences to culture.
Business grows with the economic environment and implied to the society that there
are differences to the society they are living (Kaplan et al., 2019).
Question-4
Social culture influences the values in business as culture of the society and
its factors represents the customs, values and personality lifestyle in society. If there
are differences in society culture, there are number of cultural aspects as interacting
with people, gender culture and various communication styles. There is an extent to
social cultures to its members that accept ambiguous situations to tolerate the
uncertainty. They define and guide the decision making that what business stands
for. Business values are the results of influencing culture of a society and how
society is dealing with the concerned issues. Society deals with the fact that people
are unequal in their physical capabilities. There is an influence on the focus
relationship between individuals and groups (Prezi, 2019).
Culture, values, norms and society are the determinants of culture and that
creates differences in socio culture environment to influence the Value in the
business for longer period of time. Sub culture, mergers, takeovers, globalisation,
technological complexity and external environment are the values that influences
social culture and value in the business (Riley, 2014).
Question-5
Culture changes according to the surrounding environments of economic as
well as business implications matters a lot. Culture change comes with external
environment and sometimes with internal environment of the society. The activities
and progress of the other society also influences people in our society for change.
The changes in the company expectations give rise to determine what leadership is

and how it creates impact on culture. Change is a most routine part of life and when
people who are living in the society has positive impact on their lifecycle, then
eventually the main focus on people who are working have more potential to grow in
the business and then it finally increase the potential and increase economies of
scale.
Increasing in the revenue is the result when business grows on large scale.
The society and culture influences have positive impact on health of the person.
There is an appreciation for economic and business implications when there is
change in cultural society. When there are changes in economic reforms and
business implied various new strategies to grow in the market, it results in positive
changes in the culture of the organization also. Dynamic culture with positive nature
always influences not directly but has major role on economic and business
implications for longer time (Study.com, 2019).
