This research dissertation investigates the potential impact of cultural differences on business performance, with a specific focus on Air Malta, a large carrier airline company. The study explores how cultural diversity, including language barriers and differing values, affects business operations in a global context. The project includes an introduction outlining the research background, rationale, aim, objectives, and research questions. A literature review provides a theoretical framework, and the research methodology chapter details the research philosophy, approach, and data collection methods. The project utilizes both primary and secondary research, including thematic analysis of questionnaire data. The findings and discussion chapters will present and analyze the results, leading to conclusions and recommendations regarding how Air Malta can navigate and leverage cultural differences for improved business outcomes. The structure includes chapters on introduction, literature review, research methodology, analysis and results, findings and discussion, and conclusion and recommendation.
