Concept and significance of management of cultural diversity.
On the basis of opinion of Dias, Zhu and Samaratunge, 2020 it is said that management of
diversified culture refers to the process where the values, culture, norms and traditions of
employees are different which affect the manner of a member related to their perception,
behavior, attitude. All these factors highly affect the performance of the company because of
different background of individuals working in the organization. Thus, it is significant for higher
authorities to manage overall culture of diversity in organisation.
Impact of managing diversified culture on the performance of organization.
According to Gharama, Khalifa and Al-Shibami, 2020 it has been identified that managing
different cultural background of the employee are very essential as well as necessary in order to
make positive culture in organization. It is said that because of managing cultural diversity
creates both positive & negative impact on the execution of the business entity. In reference to
the positive impact, it creates strong and healthy relationship at workplace by promoting
different cultural background. On the other hand, negative impact is that it requires lot of
patience, knowledge and in depth understanding so that all the related strategies will be
implemented effectively.

gathered by the assistance of questionnaire, survey and interview method. In this report,
