This research project evaluates the importance of managing cultural diversity and its role in enhancing the growth and success of Debenhams. The project aims to review the concept of cultural diversity, determine its role in enhancing growth and success, and investigate viable ways for Debenhams to improve its management of cultural diversity. Findings from stakeholder interviews reveal insights into the company's cultural diversity practices. The study concludes that organizations benefit from fostering a common work culture and recommends diversity training for employees to promote understanding and eliminate bias. The research utilizes secondary sources such as articles, journals, internet sources, and books to support its analysis and recommendations.
