between people of two cultures and ethnicities.
 Stereotypical is an exaggerated yet over simplified
concept where one party has made a notion that the
people of such group or ethnicity or culture are bound
to behave in a certain manner which is not acceptable
by the other.
 Cognition means the decision is based on the
ambiguous situations and it is perceived in a biased
and stereotypical way by the other party to make
decisions.

CHALLENGES
 Racial profiling is the major type of challenge
faced by the criminal justice system. It influences
decisions based on biasness and stereotypes and
not on the facts and circumstances of the case.
 Judicial Bias is when the justice is miscarriages.
The judges have the highest position to resolve
such issues. And their discretion plays a major
role in analyzing the challenges and make
decisions based on criteria which is not concrete
on the basis of predictability of possibility with the
facts of the case.

ADDRESSING OF CHALLENGE
 Feedback: the feedback from the people of the
different ethnicities and cultural backgrounds can be
listed and addressed while making government
policies to maintain harmony among them
recognizing all their norms and reasonable practices.
 Critiques: the criticisms of the people from different
cultures should be taken into account to assess
whether such criticism is actually a founding factor of
a inter-cultural dispute and the same should be
addressed immediately to resolve the issue before it
creates further escalation of disputes and hence, an
inter-communal war.
