The aim of this paper is to analyse the importance of encouraging cultural diversity in
the workplace and need for maintaining diversity management in the companies. The more
the companies are becoming international, the more the need for increasing diversity in the
workplace is increasing, this is due to the fact that the benefits of promoting cultural diversity
in the workplace is being clearly seen.
This particular topic is essential because the companies are expanding in different part
of the world which is mandating the recruitment of the local employees in the workplace.
Now the national culture of different markets are different that affect the actual organisational
culture of the company (Li et al., 2017). This is the reason why study of mitigating these
differences is essential otherwise the cultural diversity will be wasted in one hand and create
confusion among the human workforce on the other.
The research question is how cultural diversity can affect the growth of the companies
and develop the innovative process in production. In order to answer such question, the
