In organization, it is important to have maintenance of the cultural diversity as the large various type
of the employee who are working in the company’s makes the belonging to the different caste, creed,
colour background etc. thus there is need to have the respect for other along with maintaining the
proper level of dignity and values to them. The company have the enabling of the diversity in order
to make their development of the positive cultures and boost the morale of employees and trust. In
addition to there diversity have the allowances of their gaining the competitive advantages to the
workplace culture in perfect manner. there are considering of the wide varsity of ways to promotes
their diversity at the workplaces which can be such as performance appraisal, motivation, recruitment
and selection policy etc it depends on company and management that what type of policy is being
followed in it. In addition to that diversity have the allowing of the positive cultures as more level of
work in done along with attaining the goals and objective in effective manner. This is also helpful in
the removing of the individual’s differences between the employee who have the following to the
different caste, race and creed.

UK and Ireland. This tends to have the management of the diversified of employees as the firm is
dealing of the recruiting and selecting the candidates form the differ caste and creed. The firm have the
need for the several level of techniques to have proper managing the diversity which have allowing the
positive cultures as the staff morale and confidence tends to be increased.
