old from South Nigeria. Both of them met in London in a University in which both of them were
pursuing their higher studies. It has been 5 years since they have been together before deciding to
marry each other.

The wedding has been planned to take place in winter that is in December. The season is
perfect for the wedding and it is considered a one of the suitable wedding month among Indians.
The theme of the wedding will be Indo-western, keeping in mind both the culture and tradition
goals. The wedding will take place in both the culture that is Nigerian as well as Indian. Ring
ceremony will take place in a Nigerian culture in which both the couple will be dressed in
Nigerian costume. In the evening Indian tradition wedding will take place in which the couple
will be dressed in Indian attires. Thus on the wedding day the couple will dress up two times
according to the tradition and customs. The color chosen for the indo-western theme will be
purple, pink and white to match the style of both the culture. The theme of the wedding has been
set keeping in mind the needs of the culture and from prior approval from both the bride and
groom’s family (Jiang and Schmader 2014).

With prior discussion with the clients and considering their budget and guests counts, the
Coworth Park in London has been chosen as the venue for the wedding. The venue has been
decided according to the theme and budget of both the families. Coworth Park is a wedding
destination located about 25 kilometers away from London and is one of the most preferred
wedding venues in London. The venue has been chosen in order arrange an adequate
arrangement for the guests. As the number of guests is going to more from both the sides, the
floor arrangement will provide ample space for the ceremony (Dowson and Bassett 2015). The
venue is one of the luxurious hotels of London with spa and polo grounds. The guests will get
the chance of enjoying these extra facilities while attending the wedding. The resort also has
their own restaurant and bars for the guests to enjoy. It is a perfect venue for the Punjabi groom
