for promoting the hotel which is going to be established. Some strategies are mentioned below-
Analysing the needs of customers – The managers of luxury hotel must be able to know
the actual needs and demands of customers (Mai, and Hoffmann, 2014). This analysis will help
the company to add value added services in its hotel which will attract a lot of customers.
Language and speaking way – There are different languages which are spoken around
the world. The managers of luxury hotel are going to establish resort cum hotel in Srilanka and it
is essential for them to know how to speak politely and impress customers.
Good body language – This is a major factor that attracts customers towards utilising
services of a hotel. Staff members and managers of luxury hotel must have a good body language
that will impress customers and attract them to enjoy services of resort and hotel.
Demonstrate awareness of cultural influences on communication and negotiation
Culture is defined as a set of shared values which is adopted by a group of people. These
values are those which tells how an organisation can react while doing business in different
countries. There are different rules for culture followed by various people. Global
communication is required to be present in an organisation for attracting customers and
providing them appropriate information about hotel facilities. As people of Srilanka are
threatened by terrorist attacks so there is not negative environment at that place. Thus, the
managers and leaders of luxury hotel have to make people feel relaxed and enjoy services of new
hotel and resort.

countries it is important to have good communication so that it can easily spread awareness
about facilities and services provided by the company. There are various barriers that limits
