International Business can be basically described as the process which supports the
company in order to have deep understanding and better knowledge about the various factors and
also the culture of the various individuals. It generally helps in paying emphasis on the
implementation of the new ideas which basically supports in achieving greater results in the
future. The present report basically focuses on analysing the influence of international culture of
the company.

Reflective Statement about the regional cultures
When a organization is changing their countries, it basically leads to evolution of
different practices for the objective to achieve optimum results. In addition to that, I have clearly
understood the organizational culture in a better way. The main objective is to use the right
models and techniques for the purpose to have deep understanding about the culture. Also, I have
critically evaluated every dimension in a effective manner and also realised that there are
different ethics and values which are generally implemented by the company in order to achieve
objectives and goals in the marketplace (Morgan and Pritchard, 2019). In context to the
organization, the company has basically enhanced variety of things through which they are able
to offer good quality services to the consumers and can also create a value base in the market.
Due to nationality and borders, the culture is rapidly changing and it generally comprises of

ethics and beliefs that are evolving with the market scenario. Also, I have evaluated that the
company offer equal opportunities to each and every person and constantly plan targets and
objective which they basically want to achieve in the market. In addition to that, I have analysed
that Trompenaars culture in the cultural model basically suggests that the culture of people and
organizations could totally affect each other in a harsh way. The company has put much
emphasis on creation of the different changes in the organization. Also, I realised that a person or
employee becomes more settled down when they are able to communicate with various
individuals who generally belongs from different cultures and backgrounds. Moreover, it is very
important for the company to study the market structure in a effective manner that will support
them in achieving better results in the market (Rees and Smith, 2021). Also, I have studied
regarding the local culture which comprises of different behaviour sets which comprises of
values and beliefs which is been implemented and resides in particular country. In addition to
that, various new technologies have been implemented by the company for the purpose to offer
services and products to the consumers. Also, it helps in creating influence on the employee
motivation level. With the help of boosting up confidence, it results in achievement of targets.
During the time of internationalisation, the company has gone through various changes because
of differences in surroundings in company. It is very important for the organization to pay
emphasis on the mentality and behaviour of the people belonging to borders. The mindset of
people could create a impact on the business operations to greater extent which could create a
influence on the revenue generation and company’s profitability. People are required to behave
in an efficient way so that combined aims and objectives could be achieved in an effective
manner. Also, during my working in Deloitte, I got the chance to work with different types of
employees who belongs to different countries, beliefs and values that resulted in poor
coordination. Furthermore, in order to overcome these issues, I have developed different policies
and strategies which have to followed strictly by each person for the objective to overcome the
working of company (Pizam and Tasci, 2019).
Various Decisions have been formulated by the employee’s involvement so that the
company could implement creative and innovative ideas due to decreased diversity. I always
tried to involve myself in different group projects so I could have better interaction and
communication with employees in regards to the project which also improved my knowledge in

positive way. It also helps in developing better understanding for the objective to seek
development and growth. Also, it was very difficult for me to have knowledge and understanding
about different cultures which was also the major reason of delay in carrying out operations. In
such way, we have collaboratively achieved aims and end objectives through establishing
coordination with each other (Dhanesh and Sriramesh, 2018). I used planning process in order to
analyse challenges and threats which could be deducted with the support of effective strategies. It
also offers better results and outcomes which supports in overall company in improving their
sustainability rate. I also have briefly evaluated market conditions. Ethics and culture will also
support me a lot in making the company run in a better manner and could easily diversify their
operations in different regions. The use of certain models will definitely support in enhancement
of the organizational culture and also understanding the weaker points in an efficient way. I also
understood the usage of different techniques which are important for the success of the
organization and also helps in paying emphasis on small and big things and following a path
which will help in becoming sustainable for the further situations. I also had knowledge about
the various process which could be implemented by the company and which will help them to
function in a better manner and could easily attain end objectives.

Significance of the global virtual team
Due to rapid changes in the various marketing conditions, it is important for the
organization to carry out effective tasks and completion of responsibilities and duties in a timely
way. They could have easily adopted new technologies to reduce or just minimize few barriers.
Also they could communicate with new learnings with the support of various online platforms
for the objective to carry objectives and tasks in the market. The technological tools will really
support in attainment of targets and establishing communication in a uniformed way for the
purpose to offer better quality services and products to the consumers. For Example, the arrival
of Pandemic most of the employees had to work remotely in order to perform their duties and job
roles. There were various employees and staff members who had to constantly coordinate with
managers and leaders in order to support them in achievement of objectives and achieving

success in near future. In relation to the organization, the company has carried out operations
with the aim to provide good quality goods and services to the end consumer (Jain, Jain and
Metri, 2018).
Discussion regarding the success and failure of the global virtual team
The success of the global virtual team totally relies and depends upon different factors which are
important for the leader to keep in mind and consideration when collaborating with the team in
an effective way for the objective to support the entire team in different areas. They are also able
to achieve success in the future. There are different kind of skills which are used by the people
for the objective to achieve end goals set by the managers of the organization. For example,
organizations like Sainsbury’s have invested huge amount in technology and also supports the
candidates with new and developed technological tools to carry out tasks in a effective manner.
The leaders of the firm also pay emphasis on the motivation of employees and support them a lot
in improving their capabilities and skills and which particularly supports the employees in
achieving success and making the organization more profitable (Uphoff, 2019).
Selection of the team members: It is important for the company to select the individuals as per
their knowledge, capabilities and skills and also keeping in mind the past performance of each
and every employee. In case of global virtual team, they face tough situations and unique
challenges and it is important for the team to work in proactive manner and paying emphasis on
various issues and things. It is significant for the employee to collaborate with the help of new
technological tools through which they are able to perform their duties.
