through the negotiation. It is the compromise method which evaluates the disputes and
arguments and helps in evaluating the outcomes of the business. The culture of the business is
organized and managed by the theses stages and from the business, it negotiates this outcome. In
this process, the needs and demands of the other parties are also analyzed. It also helps in
maintaining the relationship with the other parties and also becomes indulged in other business.
So it is concluded that the overall culture of the organization is get affected by the negotiation
skills also (Schneider, 2012).
In the business when the deals have to make with the negotiate superior then these skills
are required. Verbal communication is the important method as it reduces the misunderstanding
in the employees and also makes the interpersonal relationship between each other. Effective
speaking in the business is also important as it helps in maintaining a good relationship with the
other parties. This skill helps in taking the proper decisions and also helps in dealing with
difficult situations. Business can get success when there is a contribution to good negotiations
and helps in building a better relationship and also find solutions to the issues.
