Part B: Rationale
Requirement of the plan
The objective of this plan is resembled with the Cultural safety strategies. It is important
to understand the efficacy of Cultural safety in professional world. According to the empirical
researches, the role of the personality development is highly required in order to deal with the
upcoming challenges (Cho et al., 2017). Moreover, one of the primary aspect of Cultural safety
is to upgrade the individual ability so that it will cater more efficiency in professional practices.
Therefore, the personal plan is based on a number of goals and objectives. Those objectives
provides a guidance to the proper build of individual skills. It needs an outline so that the
objectives and goals are clearly identified. In this regard, this research is going to make a
Cultural safety Action Plan that supplemented a clear perception of the objectives and goals and
the required resources and in-depth analysis that will formulate an effective Cultural safety
practice.
Implementation of the plan
The plan is going to evaluate different attributes and requirements for a Cultural safety.
In this regard, the plan at first required a clear perception regarding the goals of the development
plan. In this regard, five goals has been illustrated for this Cultural safety Action Plan . Each of
those goals are clearly distinctive but have a correlation with one another. The purpose of this
goals is to illuminate the individual with the required development areas where he or she will

vest entire efforts (Heckemann, Schols & Halfens, 2015). After that, the objectives will be
taken into consideration. The role of the objectives is to highlight the outline of the entire
development plan and the way the goals will be addressed. It can be opined that the objectives
are directly linked with the goals and based on the specific goals proper objectives will be
derived. This development requires a number of resources or support materials that are highly
important for making the development plan a success. In other words, it can be stated that the
purpose of the resources in a development plan is to provide impetus to the objectives. As a
matter of fact, it is pertinent to identify the risk factors that can create obstacles to the growth of
an individual. It is identified as a pro-active approach of the professional to create a contingency
plan in order to face the expected challenges and mitigate it (Bohman & Borglin, 2014).
Finally, an evaluation process will be implemented in order to get clear picture regarding the
efficacy and relevancy of the previous steps. In this regard, a development plan can be set for
Cultural safety .
Resources
Mostly, the basic requirements are needed in order to shape the plan effectively. Both the
psychological and the practical tasks are required in order to get a clear perception regarding the
role of the effective Cultural safety Action planning. The purpose of the psychological tasks is
clearly intertwined with the practice of developing the psychological skills and ability to deal
with crisis situation. In this context, it can be stated that different types of psychological tools
can be used in order to get a clear perception of the individual mind. Besides this, the practical
tasks will be essential to develop the skills and adaptability properly (Schwind et al., 2014). The
resources like the audio visual laboratory, the dummy labs, the previous research discussions and
the lectures from the respective experts are the major source of resources that might be utilized in

the Cultural safety process for enhancing the prospects of development while adhering to the
diverse health related needs of the patients. The resources will assist in developing a positive
professional experience e of an individual practitioner. Therefore, the utilization of a diverse

Strategies to overcome barriers
The identified strategies will assist in identifying the different loopholes in the processes.
Lucid understanding of the flaws in the process will be assisting the practitioners in developing
the operations while adhering to the health are related requirements of the patients. It might be
noted that the development of the communicability in an individual practitioner will not only
improve the activities through empathy but also support the same in developing group bound
activities through collaboration. Collaborative functioning of a practitioner will assist the same
in enhancing the adaptability of the same in different critical situations. The different changes
that might be considered by the practitioner is dependent on the assessment of the needs of the
patients (Cho et al., 2017). Therefore, in this relation, the diverse range of activities that might
be undertaken by the practitioner will be enhanced through the development ion the
communication related skills of the same. The development of the communication related skills
of the practitioner will assist the same in facilitating continuous innovation in the processes. On
the other hand, the practitioner might also take steps to upgrade the knowledge of the existing
and emerging processes through continuous learning. It will assist the same in maintaining the
proficiency of the operations in accordance to the healthcare related needs of the patients.
Evaluation process

Evaluation of the processes will be undertaken through different modifications in the
operations through the implementation of the development plan. The development plan will be
evaluated on the basis of the development of expertise of the practitioner and the manner in
which the adaptability of the same is enhanced. On the other hand, the evaluation of the
development process will be chiefly based on the assessment of the manner in which the process
might assist the practitioner in developing the activities in accordance to the healthcare related
needs of the patients (Papathanasiou, Tsaras & Sarafis, 2014). The enhancement of the
activities will assist in evaluating the operations in accordance to the job criteria.
